Hotel Indigo BRUSSELS - CITY by IHG, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was aesthetically appealing, conveniently located and had friendly staff. However, the rooms need more lighting/brightness for practical use (eg. The lighting by the full body mirror was dim making it practically useless).

Nos ha gustado mucho el hotel, pero la atención durante la cena fue muy decepcionante, 30min por plato cuando uno de ellos era una sopa y un menú que no podías eligir platos, es decir, que no entendí tanto tiempo y ni siquiera una palabra del personal. La habitación y la atención en general fue muy buena y volvería a ir.

Je suis malheureusement déçue par mon séjour dans cet hôtel pour plusieurs raisons. Tout d’abord, à mon arrivée, on m’a demandé une caution de 50€ en espèces, ce qui n’était mentionné nulle part lors de la réservation sur leur site internet. C’est une information importante qui aurait dû être clairement communiquée à l’avance. Ensuite, le jour de mon arrivée, un mariage avait lieu dans l’établissement. La musique était extrêmement forte et résonnait jusque dans ma chambre située au deuxième étage. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre pour pouvoir me reposer, mais on m’a simplement répondu que le mariage se terminerait à 23h30. Or, la fête a duré bien plus longtemps, jusqu’à environ 00h30-1h du matin, ce qui a fortement perturbé ma nuit. Enfin, la chambre était petite, et la salle de bain vraiment minuscule. Il n’y avait aucun confort, ce qui est regrettable pour un hôtel de ce standing. Je ne reviendrai pas et ne recommanderai pas cet établissement, car l’expérience globale a été loin d’être satisfaisante.

I really enjoyed staying here. It was clean and had a lovely vibe to it. The room had a good ambience with a range of items useful for our stay. There were loads of good food options nearby and the botanical gardens were a must visit for evening and morning walks (Including turtles and goslings). Didn’t get a chance to try the other facilities within the hotel but if they were as good as the rest of the stay, your on to a winner.

Great trendy hotel. Room size was comfortable. A little farther away from central tourist attractions. Downgraded my rating a little only because our air conditioning was not adjustable on a warmer spring day and nothing could be done except giving us a portable fan since they couldn’t send an HVAC expert up. They offered to switch our room but it was our last night with an early wake up time. When something like this has happened before, there would be an offer to physically help move us and more follow-through.

A bit of a surprise to find the dining room was closed both Sunday and Monday (although the food in the bar area was acceptable, and that was a nice place to relax when not too crowded)

convenience of the location to shopping and dining options. The restaurants at the hotel and lovely with amazing food and coffee. I would visit again.

Excellent hotel, great staff attentions

Hôtel très bien situé au pied du métro et bien entretenu, personnel agréable. Les chambres standards sont un peu chargées en mobilier avec peu d'espace de circulation mais belle décoration.

We had a lovely time visiting Brussels. The hotel has a beautiful decor and quiet. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Good location. Good breakfast choices.

We enjoyed our visit to Brussels and the hotel was a convenient location for our two night stay. The room itself was very compact which made it difficult for two people at times. Overall, ideal for a single occupant stay. Staff were excellent.

The staff who helped us on arrival Thursday morning were amazing. Having flown all night, we were clearly struggling a bit, and without us even having to ask, they informed us that they would prioritize getting a room cleaned quickly so we could check in early and briefly recuperate before the rest of our day. That meant a lot to us. Thank you to the staff!
