Personnel peu accueillant que ce soit à l’accueil ou au petit déjeuner, sans parler de la femme de chambre qui ne dit même pas bonjour. Les moquettes sont toutes tachées. Les œufs du petit déjeuner sont surcuits et secs. Le petit déjeuner est débarrassé sous nos yeux et les plateaux de charcuterie et fromage superposés les uns sur les autres…on se demande si c’est resservi derrière. Les machines à café débranchées à 10h tapantes. Bref. Seul le nom est commun à un autre Novotel. Le reste est catastrophique

Odalar çok küçük, yataklar inanılmaz rahatsız, temizlik ve personelin ilgisi oldukça yetersizdi. Novotel standartlarının çok altında bir oteldi, kimseye ne iş ne tatil için önermiyorum

Hotel was fantastic, very modern, greay value for money, good location and veey close to the airporg and train station.

La atención de la señorita que nos atendió cuando llegamos fue horrible.Cuando le dijimos que solo hablábamos español ya nos puso cara, en plan ," ufff". Nos dio un papelito para llegar al parking, pero el GPS nos llevó a otro porque no había plantas inferiores. Nos tocó salir, dejar el coche mal aparcado y entrar e intentar decirle a la señorita que no encontrábamos el parking que nos decía. Intentamos hablar con ella con el traductor, a lo cual también nos puso cara de que pesados. Al final pasamos de ella y fuimos a buscar el parking. Que al final estaba más adelante, pero no sabemos porque con lo que ella nos dió nos mandaba al otro. Y debe ser siempre así porque había otra pareja que le pasó lo mismo. Podría haber tenido más interés en atendernos bien y nos hubiéramos ahorrado todo el tiempo perdido con el dichoso parking

Personnel désagréable

I would like to highlight an incident that occurred on the day of checkout which negatively affected my overall experience. Early in the morning, shortly after I had woken up the door to my room was opened without any knocking or announcement. The door closed immediately but a short while later the same thing happened again. This time while I was in the shower. I hope it was a housekeeper but regardless of who it was. It is very concerning that no one knocked or announced themselves before entering. I reported this to the reception desk but I never received confirmation about who had accessed the room. This made me feel both unsafe and uncomfortable and I believe it is something the hotel needs to address to ensure guests’ privacy and security.

Je séjourne au moins une fois par an dans cet hôtel et suis toujours ravie (super accueil, hôtel très propre, chaleureux et confortable au coeur du centre ville, à moins de 10mn à pied de la gare, très bon petit-déjeunerbuffet). Excellent rapport qualité-prix !

Chambre assez sale et en mauvais etat

Hotel located on the upper floors of a shopping center. Very friendly and professional staff. Clean rooms, rather basic but comfortable, lighting could probably be improved. Overall, a good stay. Communication about the parking could be improved, because the pedestrian entrance to the hotel (where Google Maps takes you) is on the opposite side from the parking lot, and to get there you have to drive around the city center again, which takes about 10 minutes.

Localisation parfaite. Hall d'accueil avec joli design. L'hôtesse etait tres professionnel, le personnel est professionnel de maniere général memes les femmes de menages bonjour salutations et sourire. Jemets des observations quand à la chambre ou il n'y avait qu'une bouteille deau pour 2 personnes et sans verre ou gobelet. La lumière etait faible également. La chambre etait grande est beau mobilier

Novotel good standard. Easy parking, van charge the car if needed. Nice welcome with clear instructions. Room and bathroom clean. Just a bit dark, not enough light. Breakfast good.

Carpette dans le couloir à remplacer ....

Boa cama, bom chuveiro, ótimo café da manhã, sanitário sujo, iluminação péssima.

Rooms and hallways seemed a bit worn out

Very nice hotel, wonderful rooms, very clean and close to the train station
