Appena arrivati scopriamo che l'ascensore non funziona e dobbiamo raggiungere A PIEDI su per le scale con valigie, passeggini e due bimbi piccoli, l'appartamento al 6° piano.
Chiamiamo subito l'assistenza di Smartflats che ci liquida con un gravissimo "l'ascensore non è incluso nella prenotazione".
L'appartamento è ORRENDO, sporco e tenuto malissimo, con macchie di dubbia origine sui tessuti, tante amenities non presenti (a differenza di quanto dichiarato). Non siamo rimasti neanche una notte, siamo letteralmente SCAPPATI e abbiamo pagato un nuovo hotel di tasca nostra, in attesa di un rimborso completo per un soggiorno non goduto.
Assistenza inesistente e scandalosa, statene alla larga!!

Excellent flat and very spacious let down by 3 things. a). The lift has been out of order all week and known about. With the apartment on Floor 5 it was a struggle with bags especially as b). The pir lights on the stairs do not work so half way up a flight of stairs you are a darkness scrambling around for your phone as it’s literally pitch black. No windows. c). One towel for a 5 night stay - cmon - at least put in a spare.

Big difference between de web site to the real apartment, also they demand a credit card outside the Expedia platform, don’t give the complete conditions about the lodging, everything is online, in the place, doesn’t work the elevador, don’t have WiFi password you need tu request!! By the way The apartment I booked is not the same as the one they gave me, they are deceptive in the photos.

Huge 2 bedroom apartment in a great location, could do with a bit of TLC but it was clean, beds were comfy and we enjoyed our stay.
Had everything we needed, but could have done with more towels. WiFi was slow but it did work.

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter le centre ville et très spacieux.Par contre , l’état de propreté des zones communes sont exécrables, l’appartement se situe au 6eme étage et l’ascenseur ne fonctionne pas .L'environnement pour cause de travaux pharaoniques est très bruyant . L’ensemble de l’appartement est assez propre sauf les sols .

Affordable apartment very well located. Read all reviews before you book.
Our stay ended up being ok. Floors were dirty, but if you are used to backpacking travel you will have seen worse. Our frustration upon arrival came from our expectations because of the misleading amenities description. We had to go to the laundromat on our first day because the towels and bedsheets were dirty/smelly, and we also had to go to the store to buy more toilet paper, coffee, and other such things that we expected to be included. The good news is that the laundromat and all stores are within one block away, making it easy to fix. The property management answered quickly but didn't really address most issues.
Also, keep in mind there are no deadbolt lock, and that the elevator is out of order, meaning you will have to climb 6 flights of stairs to get to the apartment.

Horrible accueil.. plus de 3 hrs d’attente pour accéder à l’appartement, peu voire pas d’infos pour le clt.. appartement situé au 6eme étage biensur sans ascenseurs fonctionnel… surpris d’apprendre seulement à l’arrivé d’une caution de 200€ débité du compte avec à ce jour toujours pas de retours sur mon compte bancaire..

Het is een prima locatie. Dichtbij alles.
Wat niet zo goed beviel is;
Dat de lift al sinds medio augustus niet werkt. En met bagage naar de 5e verdieping is dat een probleem!
De inrichting OK is, maar slecht schoongemaakt is.
De handdoeken en theedoek waren niet zo schoon.
De tussendeur op een normale manier niet open ging.
De verwarming te hoog stond (23 gr)

Property was hard to access and dirty in areas and the toilet wouldn't work and various things were broken. However the apartment was extremely spacious and beautiful living space with everything I could possibly need. I would stay again but wouldn't bring a large group.

6th for first work no working lift and this seems longstanding. This limited how many times we would return to the flat. Location itself was very convenient. Cleanliness was average in the flat but staircase was awful. Shower had good temperature but the temp controls are for demo only and don’t work (at least not fixed on cold water).

Lift was broken through out my stay and I had to climb six floors to my apartment each day. Asked the property when the lift would be fixed and the response was very very delayed. Beautiful flat and location but the non functioning lift was too much of an inconvenience

Die Unterkunft enthält alle notwendigen Dinge für einen Aufenthalt. Leider hatten wir kein heißes Wasser in den Duschen und auch der Aufzug hat nicht funktioniert.

Roomy, quiet. No working elevator, and unit on the 5th floor. Would have been nice to have bedding for the sofa. Other than that, very conveniently located - the metro is a couple of minutes away, and all the sites to see are within walking distance. Great time in Brussels!
