We loved this hotel the location was amazing so close to everything. The staff were amazing and helpful. The only warning to note is there are stairs and no elevator, the stairs are steep and if you are travelling all the way from Australia and likely travelling with large luggage the you may want to ask for ground floor in booking or make sure you have someone to help get the luggage upstairs we have to go up 3 flights of stairs not easy. Doable but not easy. There is no air conditioner but they did have a pedestal fan. Apart from that highly recommend the hotel.

Great location. Arrived late and place was locked but found directions to another hotel to gain access. (complexity for our trip) room was lovely and warm. Building was old and charismatic but there is a stair free newer annexe. Breakfast was a buffet style- cold meats cheeses etc- delicious. Hosts were lovely and friendly. Fabulous spot for exploring Bruges

Personnel accueillant, hotel très cosy, chambre bien agencée, propre et bien chauffée Pas de parking réservé pour l'hôtel, mais une liste de parkings à proximité est fournie sur demande par l'hôtel. Le prix pour stationner dans la rue (si par chance comme nous, vous trouvez de la place!) est de 14E pour 4 heures (qui est le maximum autorisé). Attention la police effectue des rondes régulières. Pour la restauration, je recommande la brasserie Tom pouce, qui propose une formule pour deux personnes (29.90E par personne), composée de 5 plats locaux différents préparés à la bière (moules en cocotte, blanquette de veau, lapin aux pruneaux, carbonnade flammande et boulettes aux baies), le tout servi avec des frites bien sur! un régal et copieux.

Room on the 1st floor with no AC, left the windows cracked open, thank God there were 2 fans. Breakfast included was below average and included buns, cereal in tubs and lunch meats.

El hotel es tipo boutique. Desayuno bien , vasto que incluía huevos duros carnes frías quesos pan y jugos no naturales pero decentes, pan dulce rico, algo de fruta y bebidas calientes . El servicio muy amable. Nosotros no sabiamos que el mostrador de checkin se cierra a las 8pm pero el administrador mando correo con indicaciones y dejó mensaje en la puerta con su celular. La habitación limpia cómoda y con vista increíble. El piso cruje por ser de madera pero tiene alfombra nueva eso no resultó incómodo. Muy bueno.

Great hotel right down the street from the Burg and Markt. The staff was so pleasant, particularly the man who greeted everyone at breakfast each morning and was quick to help in any way he could. Wish I knew his name so I could post it here, but you’ll know who he is as soon as you check in.

Everything about our experience here was amazing!! Bruges is the cutest town. This hotel was in walking distance of everything we wanted to see there, it was very convenient! The room was very comfortable and clean and the service was incredible! Bart went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect in every way! We traveled to many hotels on this trip and Hotel Anselmus was the BEST hotel we stayed at in Europe.

10時頃に着いたのにも関わらず、早めのチェックインをしてくれました。 メインのマルクト広場からも近いので、観光するには最適です。 大きなスーツケースを持っていたので、エレベーターが無いのは辛かったです。 総合的には素晴らしいホテルでまた行った際には利用したいと思いました！

The parking for the Hotel was the only horrible experience. If you weren't lucky enough for a parking spot about four blocks away you will end up with a spot with a 15-20 minute walk back. Brugge is not set up to accommodate people with vehicles.

El hotel es tipo boutique. Desayuno bien , vasto que incluía huevos duros carnes frías quesos pan y jugos no naturales pero decentes, pan dulce rico, algo de fruta y bebidas calientes . El servicio muy amable. Nosotros no sabiamos que el mostrador de checkin se cierra a las 8pm pero el administrador mando correo con indicaciones y dejó mensaje en la puerta con su celular. La habitación limpia cómoda y con vista increíble. El piso cruje por ser de madera pero tiene alfombra nueva eso no resultó incómodo. Muy bueno.

Great hotel right down the street from the Burg and Markt. The staff was so pleasant, particularly the man who greeted everyone at breakfast each morning and was quick to help in any way he could. Wish I knew his name so I could post it here, but you’ll know who he is as soon as you check in.

Everything about our experience here was amazing!! Bruges is the cutest town. This hotel was in walking distance of everything we wanted to see there, it was very convenient! The room was very comfortable and clean and the service was incredible! Bart went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect in every way! We traveled to many hotels on this trip and Hotel Anselmus was the BEST hotel we stayed at in Europe.

10時頃に着いたのにも関わらず、早めのチェックインをしてくれました。 メインのマルクト広場からも近いので、観光するには最適です。 大きなスーツケースを持っていたので、エレベーターが無いのは辛かったです。 総合的には素晴らしいホテルでまた行った際には利用したいと思いました！

The parking for the Hotel was the only horrible experience. If you weren't lucky enough for a parking spot about four blocks away you will end up with a spot with a 15-20 minute walk back. Brugge is not set up to accommodate people with vehicles.
