The pictures are not a true reflection of the building, location, nor the room. The location was good, we were able to easily walk around and get food and entertainment. I knew it was bad when I walked up to the building, but it was too late to cancel 😞. The place is run down and the room is no better. I had an ocean front room. There were holes in the wall. The sink leaked. My shower head was in the ceiling with no way of adjusting it, which made no sense to me. There was a fridge in the room, however it was unplugged and took almost half a day to start cooling once it was plugged in. The fridge was also hiding a hole. The locals we met described the place as an hostel hotel, but even then I still believe better can be done by the owner and caretaker of this place. It is not worth the money they are charging

Bathroom had black mold, non-working fan, peeling paint and poor water pressure. Pictures did not accurately show current condition of property. Bar/Restaurant was closed and under construction - construction noise during the day. Several rooms were being used as apartments and paper thin walls between rooms. This property is not suitable for vacation travelers. I left 4 days early and told there would be no refund. Over-charged for golf cart rental twice. Manager was also very disrespectful to local security guard at ferry terminal.

Room was clean

The staff were very flexible and accommodating! Great view from the balcony rooms and comfy bed! Close to lots of great restaurants and only a 30 minute drive to the secret beach. They picked me up from the water terminal and were able to rent me a golf cart.

Simple and easy. Beach view is nice. Definitely a place to do a quick change and go.

The pictures of this property on your site and the actual place are not even close to being the same. When you read this and reach and I will be pleased to send you actual picture of this hotel. There was actually a homeless person sleeping on the back porch, in an area that was supposed to be a bar area, as shown in your pictures. The front of the building is in terrible condition, though your pictures show it to be very nice. The bathroom shower floor was painted, with paint peeling. The bathroom room door would not stay shut. The front counter is not anything like the pictures that you show. You show an actual different name of the hotel in your pictures of the lobby on your website, so something is definitely wrong here. There was rarely a staff member available, other than the one-eyed cat who occupied the lobby. I had to leave a note at the desk to get clean towels - and hand towels and washcloths were not even available at all. The door to the balcony had gaps in it and you could see through parts of it. The list goes on and on. You need to get updated information, and I suggest that you remove them from your site. I also expect to be compensated in some way for this complete distortion of reality. This place is horrid!! This kind of deception, if allowed, does nothing but tarnish you reputation as a company. I expect a response soon to corrected for rectification. You have my contact info.

Excellent experience. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to downtown, the water and the North side coffee shops. Coffee de los Mayas is less than two blocks away. Highly recommend!

Checked out early and still charged for days i did not stay

You didn't still blackout curtains on the eastern side. The sun rises are beautiful. But, if you're trying to sleep, it's a little rough

picture on internet not what was it was. Lazy useless staff, on phone all the time with feet up. Not clean. Bar was good with good staff and good food

Music played all evening…. Very loud! The bed was comfortable but the shower needs some work! I think someone needs to show them how to clean😳

There was no hot water, one day my shower spewed water all over, I called the front desk and they fixed it. Shower was still cold. Toilet did not work but was fixed. Overall the place was clean and balcony good. The ride to and from the Water Taxi was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

There is nothing Royal about this place. It’s super dirty and disgusting. The entire time we stayed there nobody checked on us or cleaned the room, not even talk about changing the towels. It smells horrible, the bathroom is in terrible condition, shower is leaking, walls are all dirty. KEEP IN MIND THE REVIEWS ARE FABRICATED, there is no way that’s a real score for this dump

There was quite serious mold on the shower ceiling, hard to keep the curtain closed so water doesn't go everywhere, paint peeling off the walls. Curtains had holes. Tv didn't work. WiFi was atrocious. Quite possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, but you get what you pay for I guess.

Staff were very accommodating the whole time. Great customer service. Reception Staff very knowledgeable and friendly.

Had a beautiful view of the water from our room great price very helpful staff very clean and well kept even had a private balcony it was very nice will be staying here again for sure!!!
