clean spacious room, internet was good, frsh coffee in the morning, grounds were nice, a nice short walk to the river. short walk into market / restaurants.

The room was efficient and clean. The house is surrounded with beautiful garden with fruit trees and animals (roosters might make the early morning call :)). The owners were very nice and let us check out late and wait on the balcony for our ride to airport. Overall good experience.

Nice location - 10 minute walk to downtown San Ignacio. Beautiful landscaping - tropical plants, orchids, fruit trees, etc. Owner brought coffee to our door every morning. Goo bathroom, AC, and TV - as needed. Manager helpful in every regard.

La experiencia fué muy buena. Hay un problema que no es del lugar y es una obra que están haciendo que eliminó la posibilidad de acercarse al río cerca y disfrutar. Muchísimo ruido con las máquinas. La atención de Bing es excelente, no podría ser mejor. Algunos detalles podrían corregirse pero son menores. El lugar es como estar en el campo a minutos del centro.

This is a no-frills property but clean and friendly. Walking distance to downtown San Ignacio, which has plenty of restaurants. The area is very safe, the property is lush and well kept, and the owner is very helpful with answering questions. Would definitely stay again

The staff was incredibly accommodating with all my questions and requirements, the location is an easy walk to the main tourist part of town and the rooms are clean. No hot water that I could figure out but it was so hot outside, it wasn't necessary.

This is nice basic hotel with excellent customer service. It's a 10-15 minute walk into town, which was fine for us and also keeps the place nice and quiet.

Small local family owned inn,very friendly staff with a homey atmosphere. Bing, was a great help in finding local events.

Fantastic location, great place to stay. Really peaceful place with good aminities, just a little bit of walk into the town each day just because of its location but that personally didn’t bother us.

Everything was just as promised. Clean. Quiet. Large room. AC and hot water works just fine. Nice owners. Pleasant scenery. Nice location. Just outside of town, but close enough to town to walk to bars restaurants and Central Market. Very nice place, but not quite as nice as the beautiful photos. None-the-less, a really excellent buy.

Great hotel for the price! Very welcoming and good accommodations (especially the air conditioning!). I would definitely stay here again.

It was amazing and Bing was wonderful. The property is full of trees, plants, and animals. It's away from the noise of the town and is very peaceful. The only downside was that our rooms wifi was spotty at best but we just went to the other side of the veranda. It worked great over there. I would stay here again for sure! Great value.

Bing made our experience great! He was very friendly and assisted with arranging our excursions. We felt safe there. If you’re looking for a real Belizean experience and need a good base camp for excursions, we highly recommend River Park Inn!

Good hotel in a very good location for a good price.

Really enjoyed our stay at River Park Inn. The staff was very friendly, and we really appreciated the coffee in the morning. We were glad to be able to get water from the water cooler found next to the front desk whenever we needed it, however, it depended on the room being open. Internet worked great. The hotel is ~5-10 minute walk to downtown San Ignacio, and the road is not well lit at night, so we did not feel very safe walking back to the hotel (we walked quite fast and were really alert to everything that was going on around us when walking at night. No problems during the day). Other than that, we found the rooms to be clean and comfortable (the water was not very hot though). I would stay here again.

This place!! I loved this place!! It was exactly what we needed after toughing it out in the jungle for a few days. It is very close to town, easy walk- but far enough away that you won't have to deal with noise. It's like a wonderful little treehouse! The owners are simply wonderful. Very kind and happy to help with anything you may need. The room was great: clean, plenty of room for two travelers, great cable channels (hey, we were in the jungle for 3 days ok?), fresh coffee everyday and a beautiful property with fruit trees and lots of happy dogs. Great price for a wonderful stay! Do it!!

Lovely place to be. Surrounded by a fruityard. Birds’ singing. Very friendly helpful family business. It is a pitty to leave here. Do not miss this place! So quiet and nearby the little city op SAN Ignacio

Hotel is a 5-10 minutes walk from San Ignacio center, but the place is a bit isolated and the walk after dark doesn't look too safe, so we recommend a vehicle if you stay at this place. Rooms are clean, but feel a bit old and could benefit some renovations (cracks in the ceiling and walls, old furnitures in okay state). Bathroom floor was not very clean and we found a dead cockroach in the shower on first day. There's a sewer smell in the washroom too. Oh and the shower have electric heating, but the water comes out just warm... On the bright side, management was friendly and we loved the morning and afternoon coffees. We would have appreciated the usual 2 daily water bottles in the bedroom though... If price had been more reasonable (like USD 30-35 rather than 45) we would have given it a 4, but for what we paid, it's unfortunately just a 3.

Everyone was very friendly and the hotel was in a great location.

Service was great though the first room I visited had a bad smell in the shower maybe because of humidity but then I went to another one instead and that one was bigger and great. They just have a lot of geckos in these parts so I would clean the room more thoroughly but the service there is awesome and the location is beautiful and close enough to go walking, eat at a restaurant or take the bus downtown. I recommend this place, especially for the price and wifi. Super quiet, perfect to relax and take a few days off.
