Excellent location

Beautiful property!

They didn’t restock tissues and water in the room.

I was welcomed by Mr.Ray, he was very professional and friendly! But throughout my stay the fire alarms went off 3 times, my room had no service, the phone to the hotel stopped working and the housekeepers were rude. The knock at the door was viscous as if there was an emergency and when we said we don’t want any services she was unhappy/annoyed. When asking for a late checkout they only allowed us one hour. The food was good but menu was very limited. Location and room was nice and view was beautiful but not my favourite place to stay. 4/10. Experience could have been better.

The staff are courteous, and the place has beautiful views.

Nice and clean accommodation with unforgettable ocean views. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Definitely worth to come back again.

Everything was good and staff was very helpful even at night. Something to note; we had an insect party; cockroach at reception , spider in the room (our towel) and a housefly in our cup. Maybe it’s a Bermuda thing with insects!

Property is very nice, and our 1BR unit with full kitchen and great ocean view was terrific. We enjoyed the private beach areas and an amazing inifinity pool alongside the ocean. Surf was a very good dining experience, both food and service. Tops of all were the staff -- all were wonderful without a single exception. Extremely friendly, welcoming, and took care of everything you need help with when traveling. Thanks Azura!

Great staff

The staff was amazing and the room views were spectacular!

Room was outdated, only one restaurant in the whole hotel which was overpriced. Hotel did not have any vending machines to purchase drinks or snacks so if you wanted something outside of restaurant hours good luck, there aren’t any food delivery apps either which sucks! Closest thing to a shop was the gastation market which was about a 10 min walk with no side walks. Overall stay was overpriced and not worth it at all. To get a taxi to the nearest city which is about 10 mins away you’re going to pay about $30 one way. If you want to rent an electric car for 1 day you’re paying over $200. Personally I would never return. Staff was nice and locals are friendly but overall the price was not worth the hotel or location. Could have gotten better else where.

The hotel is very beautiful and nice. In my opinion, this is the best looking resort/best architecture in Bermuda. The pools are beautiful, the furniture and styling is modern, high quality and nice. Also, our room felt very private which was super nice, no one could see us and the balcony was private. Few downsides: 1. Our room was clean but there was a stain on the ceiling of the bathroom + the drawer of the vanity was broken 2. Wifi didn't work at the pool by the beach and cell didn't really have signal. 3. Not much to do around the resort, only 1 restaurant. 4. The heated pool wasn't super hot and the pool by the beach uses the sea water and it not heated, so a bit cold in November. 5. There was supposed to be a yoga class that we wanted to attend, but they decided to cancel it without telling us.

Leaking refrigerator in the room left puddles. Notified front dress. Workman came and promised to replace it, but never returned. Frig kept leaking. Finally replaced after 2nd day. Also, we had the ONLY patio, out of many dozens, without a lounge chair. Again, front desk acknowledged but did nothing. We got a small credit at end of stay against food in dining room. Modest breakfast for 2 came to $100 with tip, so credit didn’t go far.

Amazing stay at the Azura. Ocean front suite where the only sound is waves crashing, a beautifully kept resort with friendly and helpful staff. It’s our second stay here and it won’t be our last.

Beautiful room with a view and a beautiful infinity pool by the beach. The most beautiful place I have stayed. I will come back again!

Great staff, amazing views, nice and quiet but central to everything in Bermuda. We loved it and would visit again.
