Hotel Sagarnaga

Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Zimmer sind sehr schmutzig. Viele Haare in den Ecken. Keine Heizung, kein Föhn, keine Ablage für Kosmetikartikel. Leider haben wir uns einen Kaffee aus der Kaffeemaschine gekauft, der hatte genauso schlecht geschmeckt, wie der Filterkaffee.

Estadia tranquila, apenas falta de simpatia do pessoal da recepção, no entanto o bar interno o pessoal com muita simpatia

The location is the best . It is pretty safe around and it’s convenient near the witches market and the travel agencies . The only thing is that internet connection is not the best in the rooms but it works fine in the lobby and the restaurant

Nettes Personal. Leider wurde aber nicht wirklich gestaubsaugt und im Zimmer hat es nach Küche gestunken. Alllgemein wird die Wartung und Instandsetzung des Hotels aus unserer Sicht vernachlässigt.

We, group of 7 people, stayed in the hotel 3 days. The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly, great breakfast! Thank you for hospitality 🙏

Every thing was good

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which is outdated and poorly maintained. Upon arrival, we had to change rooms at 1:30 a.m. because the bed had clearly not been cleaned — there were blood stains on the sheets, along with long strands of women’s hair, which clearly shows a total lack of hygiene. The rooms are extremely basic, with no comfort at all, and it was freezing cold inside: there’s no heating system. The view was directly onto a wall, which didn’t help the atmosphere either. The worst part was the staff’s behavior. After asking about the exchange rate at reception, I was offered a very poor rate. A few hours later, around 2 a.m., one of the staff members came to my room to renegotiate — a highly inappropriate situation that I would describe as borderline harassment. Another serious issue: the rooms are not cleaned during the stay and towels are not replaced. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel. The only positive point: the location, which is convenient.

Há dois restaurantes no hotel com comida excelente e preços acessíveis. A localização também é um ponto positivo. Dá pra fazer muita coisa a pé.

Acomodação ampla e confortável. Hotel próximo a diversos pontos turísticos, para quem gosta de caminhar é uma excelente opção. Praticamente ao lado do Mercado de las Brujas e diversos restaurantes e cafeterias.

Pessoal muito mau no atendimento

We had a lovely time there! However there are no heaters in the rooms so you will be a bit cold. Also there is a window at the top of the door that lets the light in from the hall 24/7. Extremely warm and helpful staff.

Hotel com boa estrutura e excelente localização! A comodidade de se ter restaurantes e lanchonetes com comidas deliciosas a preços competitivos da rua tambem facilita bastante! O café da manhã é muito bom. Os funcionários são excelentes e muito simpáticos, sempre prestativos a ajudar. Pontos Negativos: Limpeza deixa a desejar. Apos as duas diarias, decidi ficar mais dois dias e ao chegar do passeio no fim da tarde nao haviam limpado o quarto. Pedi para que fossem , para eu poder descansar, o funcionario demorou 1h e somente arrumou a cama. Pedi pra que ele varresse e ele varreu jogando o lixo(migalhas de biscoito) no corredor. O boxe do chuveiro entupido de cabelo e a agua sobe quando o chuveiro fica aberto muito tempo. Por fim, sempre olho embaixo da cama antes de ir embora do hotel e vi que estava MUito suja. A acustica tambem nao é muito boa. Fiquei num hotel para poder descansar / dormir fim da tarde e nao foi possivel. Pode-se ouvir a limpeza de quartos em outros andares, batidas de porta, pessoas caminhando e os eventos de terça e quarta-feira no restaurante. Resumo: me hospedaria de novo? -Sozinho, como viajei, foi melhor ter ficado num hostel(fiquei depois). Mas em familia, me hospedaria sim. Espero que ao menos a questao da limpeza tentem melhorar

On check in we were given a standard room the bathroom looked so old and it was right by the lift went back to reception and after insisting we get the deluxe room we booked I can tell you it was not much better. The shower was cold, the blankets they use are thick but so scratchy. There is also so much noise from other inconsiderate guests . The location and breakfast were the only good things for us.

Extremely loud. The walls of the rooms are so thin you could hear everything. I felt like I was staying in a hostel for hotel prices. The rooms look much nicer and cleaner in the pictures. It is a convenient location though.

Value for money

La propiedad es excelente y su personal. Un poco de ruido en los pasillos pero todo los demás perfecto.

Hotel is at a very good location. Close to city square and witches market. Room is big but cola. Service desk sent us a heater and hair drier. Breakfast is good and refilled quickly. Restaurant and in-house tour agents are helpful. Overall it’s convenient and nice hotel for a hot shower and rest before your trip to the salt flat

Hotel gave me early check in when I arrived 7am. They made taxi reservation for my ealy flight. Hotel locates on safe area and close to San Francisco church. You can walk to museums or Mi Teleferico stations. The cafe is good for lunch. Chicken soup at the restaurant was very salty.

シャワーがお湯になるのに時間がかかる。 夕方、他の部屋でカラオケでもやっているのかというくらいうるさい。夜中は静かでした。
