Carajas Hotel

The rooms were neatly cleaned, but that would be about all that was really clean. And one night I had an ants infestation in the room. Parking was for free in the underground garage, but the floor of the garage has collected an inch of dust over the years since it was last sweeped. The meeting room could be used for free but the air conditioning was leaking water like the Niagara falls but it took half a day for some of the employees who strolled through the meeting room during my (online meetings) on their way to the toilet to realize it. One night I could not lock my room anymore due to a mechanical failure. The guy at the reception just tossed me another key. When I asekd if someone would come nd help move my stuff he just laughed at me. The pool was dirty, nothing like on the fotos. The service at breakfast was absent. The guy who was supposedly there to clean up preferred to hang on the phone and signalled that he was not to be disturbed when asked for example to bring more eggs so the guests could prepare them for themselves. All in all, and underwhelming experience. I have stayed in much better and cleaner places in Parauapebas.
