The location has easy access to a bus stop (right out in front of it) lots of food options within a 15 minute walk. Some parts of my room were updated with a more modern look. Just others had remains of what once was. There were 3 wall mounted light sources, non of which worked. The clothing cabinet doors were not set right (off the sliding hinge) and the mirror one had several cracks. The bathroom ceiling had outlines and stain evidence of mold that had been painted over. The daily cleaning was totally random. Some days they would stop by at 930 in the morning and one day it wasn't until 1530 when cleaning came by. The bed was 2 twin mattresses pushed together, with a blanket meant for a Queen size and not the king size layout it had. The air-conditioning could never cool the room below 24°C and if you opened the window at night. The noise from the busy road, never ended. Be it students racing each other well past 1 in the morning or just general automotive noise. The 2 rooms on each side, had a balcony and the guests for those rooms during my stay, would be out on the balcony until 2 in the morning talking and drinking. The room had a lack of power outlets as well.

Clean and nice, though lights are very dimmed and it was hard to find electricity outlets, the blinds are old and retains one position. No breakfast but every thing i needed was there , and it was easy to find from the airport.

Entry is around the back of the building, looks tidy from the outside bur inside is very dated,. The cover for the beds was worn and with holes. They provide a kettle but you have to unplug the fridge or tv to use it, and the only plugs accessible means you have to put the kettle on a stool. Well in need of a bit of a makeover. Situated on the edge of city 15 mins from a nearest metro station, but does have a good bus service.

You get what you pay for - the place was dirty, we saw nail clippings on the table. AC did not do much. Overall a pretty run down place.

The general condition of the hotel have gone down significantly over the last few years. The room was in disrepair- closet falling apart, headboards worn out to the point that seemed more like an cheap motel. The bedding and pillows were of poor quality and there were spare pillows and worn out duvets just shoved in the closet (no spare linen for either of them). Some towels were OK but some were worn thin and with holes. The floor was just dirty. Check in was fine and receptionists we encountered were very friendly and informative but the rest was just blah...

The app was big enough for us

All good for a night syay before flying out of Sofia. Good underground parking space but be careful of the high kerbs as it scraped the bottom of the rented car.

Our stay was only for one night but it was bad enough, the only positive was the receptionist when we arrived he was polite and helpful , the room was in bad condition the second room was even worst bugs was walking around the air-condition was not working. The night receptionist and next day the receptionist in the morning looked like they were in bad mood and they were not polite. This hotel is not recommended

The room was not clean properly. It was smelly. In my last day in the hotel the door could not be open from the inside. I called receptionist to unlock me and I had to wait 15 minutes. The door wasn’t fixed until the end of my stay. The following morning the staff unlocked me again to get out. Do not recommend!!!

Vi fik ikke det værelse vi havde bestil og betalt for. Vi havde betalt for et med køkken/komfur og også med 2 værelser og 1 stue. Vi fik et med 1 værelse og 1 stue. Der var ingen komfur som vi havde betalt for. Der er meget lyt på hotellet og der var meget larm også om natten. Fik rent sengetøj på men de havde lagt lagen på sengen som var for lille. Desuden skal man være opmærksom på taxa chafførene kan have svært ved og finde hotellet. Desuden er der meget mørkt udenfor ved hotellet så der kunne godt være mere lys, så det ville være nemmere og finde. Der var skab ved køleskabet som var i stykker. Lampen i værelset var der kun 2 pærer der virkede. Ved udsugningen var det helt i stykker. Der var ikke nok tallerkner, knive og gafler. Der var slet ingen skåle og heller ingen skarbe skære knive. Skulle man vaske noget op skulle man gøre det på badeværelset fordi der eller ingen håndvask var.

Place were very clean inside room , pleasant house keeping every day . Areas outside is not much fun or stuff to do like restaurants. If you need to stay for a work meeting somewhere that is close to airport and downtown Sofia it’s a good location!

We needed multiple sleeping places and chose this aparthotel for its location which was good for what we needed. The apartment was quite outdated with some broken and rusty furnishings which can be tolerated in most cases but at least some things need to be fixed/replaced. There was a broken mirror on the wardrobe in one of the bedrooms which made it impossible to open the wardrobe without risking cutting yourself and my little nephew did CUT his hand while trying to open it. This definitely needs to be replaced to remove the danger! The lift was not working when we were checking in but it was fixed afterwards. There is free parking on the street close to the hotel. As we needed to also use the sofa for sleeping, when reserving the apartment, I asked that stuff for sleeping is provided for the sofa too. When we checked in such was not provided so I asked again. Then I had to ask for the third time and was promised that such will be left in the apartment before we come back at night. When we came back at night I had to ask the guy at reception yet again to which he started yelling at me that 'he is not a house maid and that there are no pillows and pillow cases left'. This was extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour. I would NOT stay again here. It's not a decent place even for a one night stay.

This was our second booking within two weeks! Again not ones our room was cleaned despite putting the sing on the door. We had to buy our own toilet paper since no one cared to visit the check on our apartment. Kitchen wear was poorly washed covered with stains and fingerprints. Avoid!

Appart'Hôtel correct. L'équipement de la cuisine est très insuffisant (3 assiettes plates,un assiette à dessert, 2 tasses, 3 verres, 1,ramequin, 2 fourchettes, trois cuillères, 2 petites cuillères et 3 couteaux qui ne coupent pas, une minuscule poêle et une casserole). Nous avons dû acheter un saladier et un couteau. Problème de wifi dans les appartements pendant notre séjour, accessible seulement près de la réception.

Booked a studio with balcony end up getting a smaller room with roaches in it and management kept on delaying to change the room . Always had to talk to the manager who was never at the property . Bed sheets and duets were smelly and bathroom door didnot even close . Water floods out everytime after shower .

*Convenient location (for our needs). *On-site parking at a reasonable price. *Friendly staff. *Great view of Vitosha mountain.
