Ezeretz SPA Hotel

The breakfast offer at this hotel is very limited. There are only five set options available, all of which contain a large amount of bread. For guests who cannot consume gluten, this means that they cannot have a proper, satisfying breakfast. No alternative choices are provided apart from these five predefined breakfast sets. For a hotel with four stars, this is not really appropriate. Another issue was that in the room, which was supposed to be non-smoking, there were clear signs of recent smoking. On the positive side, the swimming pools by the hotel are excellent, and the pool bar is of good quality with a wide selection of cocktails

Hotel ligt in het buitengebied van Blagoevgrad. In de omgeving is niet veel te doen. Ligging is vooral goed om de rila meren en het klooster te bezoeken. Beide ca. een uur rijden. Hotel is wat verouderd maar wel schoon. Mooi zwembad bestaande uit verschillende baden (warm, koud, mineraalwater). Ontbijt is prima. 1x werd was er een buffet en de overige 2x een bereid ontbijt. Porties waren groot genoeg en lekker. Restaurant in het hotel is ook goed. Prima hotel als je de prachtige omgeving wil verkennen.

Nice hotel with a wonderful spa. Room was noisy at night. Seemed to be security guards outside our window talking and laughing until well after midnight. Road noise was a problem until after midnight. Ask for a room on the back side away from the road.

We have stayed here many times in the past 8 years and this was the worst stay. The inside pool was under construction, the one outside pool was also under construction. Terrible roof over the other outside pool. The fridge in our room was filthy and unusable. The balcony/terrace outside our room was also filthy-bird feathers and bird poo everywhere. When we laid our towels outside, came back to them and they had lots of bird poo on them. Food was ok, our waitress Kate, was lovely. Reception staff at check in was very rude as was the manger. Very disappointed for the amount of money we paid, we expected much better.

The hotel is not a 4 stars hotel. Pictures on the Expedia web site are deceiving. Old with small rooms that lack even a bench to place your suitcase. It had space for a small suitcase only, the type that you take with you onboard on an airplane. Beakfast is just O.K. nothing special. Bathroom was old with cheap skinny towels. Not worth the $140 per night that we paid, maybe $70 would had been the correct price considering the facilities.

A comfortable hotel for an overnight stay. Unfortunately did not have time to use the pool or spa facilities.

Overall hotel is oke, the pool side is looking much better the the hotel itself.Is oke to stay for 1-2 days. Hotel inside looks old. A plus goes to for the staff which is friendly and helpful

everything was OK, nice food at restaurant, nice accommodation, very friendly staff. SPA with saunas - very nice and clean and pleasant.

Very poor breakfast.

From the beginning staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean the only thing I didn’t like it was the bed they put two double beds together as opposed to having one full king bed. Anyways if you’re sleeping in the middle of the bes you fall in the hole!! Other than that everything was fine I’m very pleased.

The location was convenient for people traveling by car. It is a little far from the center but next to the main road going from the Greek boarder to Sofia. The bed was great, and the very thin but extremely comfortable and hot duvet. The room was OK and in the bathroom was a bathtub, exceptional these days in a hotel room. Breakfast was OK, nothing fancy. The responsible lady was very polite and very helpful and generally the personnel was polite. There was WiFi working well everywhere in the hotel. Concluding I feel it is a hotel above average, with a honest price.

The hotel is average , but clean it is on the way to Sofia that's why I stayed there to have a rest a night.It was ok.

Schöner Spa-Bereich, hat bis 21 Uhr offen!!! Zimmer ok. Personal zum Teil freundlich.

un centre de bien être exceptionnel pour ce type d etablissement installations,confit design Sauna Hamam piscine ...decor design , de bon gout piscine extérieure très agréable , profonde avec musique et bar la chambre est de taille bien moyenne pour la Bulgarie le mobilier vieillissant la salle de bain devrait également être rénovée

Odalar ferah ve temiz,çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever,konum olarak merkezi,sadece kahvaltı yapabildim ve yeterliydi.
