Clean room and building. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food. I only had breakfast and dinner for almost a week. It was very quiet and relaxing ... it is not the season yet though. Very convenient parking solution. We paid in advance and when you approach the gate, the number of your car is automatically recognized, and the gate opens automatically. We loved it! BIH THANK YOU!!!

We were upgrated to a even higger class hotel in Albena, due to Covid situation. Overally - exellent experience!

This is an expensive hotel and it is sad to see/have the feeling that taking your money is the priority instead of offering a service deserving good pay. I've paid for three people but got only two umbrellas at the beach. Absurd, extremely annoying, I think even dangerous, they offer no water at the prepaid, quite expensive, dinner. Except, of course, if you pay extra for it at a rate that can be three times what you pay at a restaurant on the beach.

I like the view from the room balcony. The room is big enough for three persons, and durring the night there were no noises to disturb. Cons: ventilation fan for bathroom was out of order The parking was 20 BGN/day double as the previous year At the dinner the water should be paid separately althought we had haf board.

Мы были в этом отеле второй раз, в Албене - наверное, в 14-й. Все было привычно хорошо. И существенный плюс - WiFi отлично работал в номере, а не только у рецепции, как раньше. Единственные проблемы создавал один из сотрудников пляжа (это отдельная структура, не относящаяся к отелю) В этом году объявили борьбу резервированию зонтиков- шезлонгов, ок, хорошо. Но в итоге наши вещи на пляже были депортированы во время нашей утренней пробежки по линии прибоя. И это были не просто полотенца, брошенные на шезлонг, но и одежда, обувь, сумка с вещами. Нас не было 20 мин, в Албене очень многие бегают на пляже, но никогда ранее за 14(!) лет не было ничего подобного.

Hotel staff were unhelpful and generally unconcerned that my wife and I got food poisoning during our stay - we spent most of the holiday in hospital or in bed. The room was not clean and when it asked for it to be cleaned it always felt like they were going out of their way to oblige. The noise every evening from the hotel bar was unbearable - we didn’t sleep until it calmed down around midnight every evening. Overall, very disappointed with our stay. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

5 stars hotel on the level of 3 stars... Lack of any amusements, bad service, impolite, not informed staff.... very disappointing. The hotel was crowded. The facilities were not to be used from the guests of the hotel, only for private parties and functions ... the beach was too far, the rooms not very clean.... I will never go back there

Most staff are friendly and helpful. A few are not and worryingly despise foreigners. My partner is Bulgarian - they didn't realise she was and so heard some shocking comments coming from waiters discussing other non-Bulgarian guests. Too graphic to repeat here. But luckily isolated to a couple of instances at the foyer bar. Rooms are fine, a bit dated decor but clean and functional. Try not to be too picky.. this is good quality Bulgarian standard, but will not directly compare to Western 4 or 5 Star standards. It will be around 3 Star if viewed through that prism. Location fantastic, hotel amenities good, things like the Spa are hugely overpriced by Bulgarian standards - 40-50 Euros for a 60min massage is what we pay in big cities in Western Europe. Just be prepared. At time of writing there's a huge construction site opposite and noise starts around 7am. If your visit is later in 2019 then maybe finished by then.

Likte å vere der! Trivelege folk, men ganske lite på stell Stort pluss for at dei tok meg imot natta før planlagt, utan dikkedarier og utan ekstra betaling

Wir hatten erstmal ein tolles Zimmer, groß, mit schönem Balkon, bequemes Bett. Bei der Sauberkeit durfte man da aber schon nicht genauer hinsehen. Wir haben aus privaten Gründen noch einen Tag verlängert und mussten in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen. Dies war weder sauber noch 5* Standard. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Auswahl reichlich. Der Pool war leider eiskalt.

Spacious and luxurious rooms that are aging gracefully. Great buffet for breakfast and dinner. Pools are awesome with 5 min walk to the hotel beach.

Wir kennen das Hotel seit Jahren und stellen einen schlechteren Service fest: Personal im Restaurant ist zu Stoßzeiten heillos überfordert und spricht z.T. weder Deutsch noch Englisch (habe Schälchen für das Marmeladenbuffet nachbestellt und nach längerem Warten ein Körbchen mit Teelöffeln bekommen...); während der üblichen Essenszeiten für Kinder steht man gerne mal länger Schlange; geht man später am Abend zum Essen, kann schon mal das Highlight des Abends aus sein (in unserem Fall um 20 Uhr). Die Extras an den Poolanlagen waren nicht in Betrieb. Die Kinderbetreuung ist wirklich miserabel und macht nur kleine Kinder glücklich. Dafür ist das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der anfangs unvollständige Zimmerservice wurde nach einer Beschwerde sofort verbessert. Auch ist die Lage des Hotels sehr gut.

Very nice stay, second time there, nice room on 8th floor, excellent dinner and nice amenities. definitely, the best stay in Albena.

It was very nice stay there. The only advice is to have more see food for dinner because it is hotel on the see side!
