Not a great location but a decent hotel. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

I am unable to review this hotel as I didn’t get chance to stay there. When i arrived at the hotel the reception staff told me that there was a technical issue and they had made us another reservation at another nearby hotel.

Absolutely stunning hotel, thanks so much to Michelle & the staff at reception who made our stay very memorable. City Centre is a 15-20 minute walk, but it is a very pleasant walk that we decided to do every day. Lavov Most metro is nearby and is only 1 stop to Serdika station in the city centre if you prefer this option. When we come back to Sofia we will stay at this hotel again. One of the best I have stayed in. Rooms are so comfortable and clean! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Et meget nyt og rent hotel med moderne faciliteter. Personalet var utroligt smilende, hjælpsomme og imødekommende under hele opholdet. Man føler sig virkelig velkommen her. Kan varmt anbefales! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Hotel was very clean,beds were so comfortable,breakfast was so good,everything you could wish for. The staff went over and above to help you with anything you asked. Would recommend this hotel to everyone,enjoyed our stay and would definately return

The sheets were not clean. Also they stole my battery bank from the room during cleaning

Mycket bra hotell. Bra läge. Hjälpsam personal. Rummet och badrummet var mycket rena och välstädade. Sängen var bekväm. Jag rekommenderar VIA SERDIKA HOTEL starkt.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. The room we had was extremely noisy! The location wasn’t bad if you’re a walker. Taxi drivers were generally nice. Plan on about 20 euro to get you to the hotel from the airport.The staff agreed to schedule a taxi for us at 4:15 am the day before we left and we confirmed they had done so because we had a super early flight and the gate closed early. 8 Taxis passed us but none stopped. The gentleman at reception called again and the taxi finally arrived 15 plus minutes late. The beds were okay and the air conditioning (mini split) worked well. The woman who checked us in however was absolutely humorless. Sofia is a beautiful city but if I were to return I would choose a hotel closer to the many historic buildings that are located in a relatively small area.

Very friendly and nice staff. Its close enough to the railway, 15 min walk. We took a taxi. But a bit far away from the center if you want to go out for the evening. Very new and very clean.

Bella e Nuova, ottima pulizia Sala colazione troppo piccola per la clientela, ho dovuto aspettare perché gente mi passava davanti, mal organizzata Stanza rumorosa per via della strada e lo scarso isolamento Vantava 800 metri dal centro invece per arrivare in centro c’è 2,10 km quindi 3 minuti a piedi a buon passo

This offers clean and comfortable stay, it is about 20 mins walk away from the tourist activities. We enjoyed our stay here.

It’s ok.

Hotel collegato al centro tramite pochi bus, seppure non troppo distante. Belle le stanze, molto moderne, pulizia ottima. Personale parla poco l’inglese.

Otelin tek kötü yanı şehir merkezinin biraz dışında olması. Ama toplu taşımaya yakın. Onun dışında konfor olsun, sessizlik olsun, eşyaların ve yatağın yeniliği olsun çok iyiydi. Zaten yeni bir otel. Herkese tavsiye ederiz. bir daha Sofya'ya gitsek yine burada kalmak isteriz. Teşekkürler Serdika :)

Hotel was neat and comfortable. They were building a dining area when my parents visited. Close to public transport(basically access to whole touristic landmarks and amenities, small city) nice job

My stayed was delightful, highly recommended. The property was excellent, quiet, clean and the staff were superb! This area has a blend of new and traditional properties!
