New Line Village Apartments

The shower floor was broken but other than that very calm and nice place. No loud kids. One con was it being on top of a big hill so if you want a very relaxing vacation without extra sweat be ready to take taxi haha. It’s not horrible but in the heat it can be sweaty

The owner was very arrogant, there was a spider’s nest in the room, we left there covered in bites, internet didn’t work for a second in nine days, the location is on the top of a hill, unpaved full of potholes and very dusty, very far from the beach… I don’t recommend it in any circumstances!!!

Very nice service and friendly staff. You can walk to the beach and to supermarket. You can also take bus easily.

Vedenkeitin oli homeessa, pyyhkeissä tahroja, jotkut paikat olivat rikki, puuttui esim. haarukoita ja muita ruokailuvälineitä (oli siis liian vähån), likaiset lattiat, suihkun lattia oli haljennut. Muuten hyvä perus huoneistomajoitus.

Flotte ferieleiligheter med kort avstand til Sunny Beach. Vi bodde der i nesten 2 uker tidlig i slutten av juni/begynnelsen av juli. Trivdes veldig bra der ilag med barn på 14 år. Eneste dårlige med stedet er at det ikke blir vasket gjennom hele oppholdet(det er private ferieboliger de leier ut i følge mannen på hotellet) Man får nye håndduker og dopapir hver 4 dag,og sengen blir skiftet på etter dag 8. Ellers et veldig flott sted, som kan anbefales hvis man ønsker å bo på en rolig plass i nærheten av Sunny Beach.

Nice and quite peaceful place.

Great self-catering accommodation. Clean and tidy apartment with kitchen diner, shower room and bedroom. There's a nice pool and you can buy drinks etc from the reception. A short walk along the main road to the beach, which means it's away from the noise of the main area, but still close to all amenities. All in all a great stay.

Property is well managed. Good location 15 min walk from the beach, peaceful and quiet perfect for families with kids, very clean. Staff is extremely helpful.

Deutschprachige Angestellte fand ich super, Sauberkeit null, zu viel berechnet worden , lage fand ich nicht gut, und und und. Nicht empfehlenswert

Sijainti rauhallisella paikalla. Kuitenkin vain kävelymatkan päässä rannasta ja linja-auto- sekä taksiasemalta.Lähiympäristössä useampia ruokatavarakauppoja. New Line Village Apartments on siisti ja huoneisto tilava. Lisäksi huoneistossa kaikki tarpeelliset välineet ruuanlaittoon. Erityiskiitos paikan johtajalle hyvästä asiakaspalvelusta.

Nice pool area. Peaceful location and just a shot walking distance from the beach and couple of super markets. The air conditioning of the living room did not work.

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft, etwas abgelegen, aber dennoch alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, das auch besondere Wünsche berücksichtigt.

Der zugebuchte Transfair vom Flughafen zur Anlage war kostengünstig, pünktlich und sehr freundlich, ebenso die Ankunft. Der Chef der Anlage spricht Deutsch und hat freundliches Personal. Die Appartements sind der Größe nach in Ordnung, der Wasserablauf in der Dusche ist (verbesserungswürdig :-) ) Strand ca. 800m fußläufig erreichbar. Wir sind allerdings mit dem Buss zum Sonnenstrand gefahren. Auch das dazugebuchte Frühstück war einfach nur lecker. ALSO RUNDUM EIN GELUNGENER KURZURLAUB: :-)

There's Honestly not much going for this place, it was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Our room was TERRIBLE!! The air conditioner did not work, the fridge did not work, the toaster did not work, the shower leaked through the whole bathroom, the bed which we were told by Expedia was suppose to be a king, was nothing but an old stained double which was very hard on the back and had springs poking out in several spots. The one staff member was no help at all, even tried to get a taxi one time and she said she didn't have the number for it, I wasn't impressed!!! Don't waste your time with this hotel/appartment complex, there is much nicer on over around the same price. Horrible 1/10!!!!

Absolutely loved it here! The apartments were like brand new, facilities were excellent and everywhere was so clean! Pool area was lovely and quiet and you never struggled getting a sunbed. Food is served in the hotel bar and is of a good quality, drinks are also a reasonable price with a 500ml bottle of beer costing 2.50 lev. There are a few returants a short walk away from the apartment complex but it is well and truly away from all the hustle and bustle of sunny beach. However, I did walk to sunny beach everyday and it only takes around 20 mins and is a lovely walk especially in the evening sun! Only a short distance away from the beach and local supermarkets. The only downside is the gravel hill you have to walk up to reach the complex, which can be quite difficult especially in the dark however, you shouldn't let this put you off! Me and my boyfriend are already thinking about coming back next year as we enjoyed ourselves so much :)
