Hotel staffs have very good English and service mind. Breakfast is delicious but Food at roof top restaurant is so so. Room is clean and have smell of lemongrass therapy in hotel, feel fresh and relax. If I visit Siem Reap again, I will stat here for sure. ☺ Strongly Recommend !!

If you want to feel like a royal, come to this hotel. The staff was so service oriented and the hotel was so nicely decorated with high ceilings and gold everywhere - it was almost a bit overwhelming. The room was nice, and held a good standard, but perhaps a bit worn down.
The pool area was great! And the breakfast was fantastic. There were so many options, and they had a lot of staff there who prepared many of the options fresh. Just WOW! We also loved the dinner we had at the pool restaurant.
The only real drawback was lack of airconditioning in the hallways and public toilets, and that it wasn’t turned on in the gym in the morning. Other than that, we loved our stay!

All the staff were friendly and could have been any more helpful. The hotel itself is very grand and impressive with excellent pool, food and rooms. Phin was the hotel Contact who looked after us and helped book some activities too. Great stay!

The staffs were very friendly. We booked a tour to see sunrise and had to leave at 4:30am, I mentioned to the front desk and they prepared a big bucket of breakfast for us to take to the bus. Hotel is clean and quiet.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights during our stay in Siem Reap. Starting from check-in to when we left, everyone was so friendly, kind and welcoming! We went during the off-season, so the hotel was not crowded and we were able to enjoy the amenities (pool, gym) with very few people around. The gym is quite large (one of the biggest we've seen during our Asia travels so far) and the pool is also very nice. The daily morning breakfast is delicious with a variety of different options including made to order omelet, crepe and soup stations.
The hotel is about a 5-7 minute tuk tuk ride from the main tourist area. This wasn't an issue at all since there are so many tuk tuk drivers around it was very easy to find rides whenever we needed them.
Highly recommend this resort! Would stay here again next time we visit.

This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in all of my global travels! I highly recommend staying here.
From the welcome team, a welcome drink and the kindness of all of the staff, you feel well-cared for and a little spoiled!
The hotel is beautifully furnished and set back from the street, which ensures a quiet stay. We took advantage of the pool for a cool evening swim before bed. The pool towels were perfectly placed, so we could see them immediately upon walking into the pool area.
Our hotel room was clean, spacious and perfect! We used the hotel robes to go to the swimming area. We loved the balcony with the swing bed, to enjoy our bottle of wine. A staff person kindly came and opened our bottle of wine for us.
Breakfast was delicious and reminded me of why I travel so frequently to Asia! They provided both Western and Asian options to choose from.
Once the staff heard we were going to a sunrise Angkor Wat tour, they arranged a boxed breakfast to be prepared for us by 4am! We were so grateful to begin out day with a solid breakfast.
I hope you book this gorgeous hotel while in Siem Reap. I’m definitely coming back as soon as possible and bringing my friends!

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the grounds were beautiful. The ox club restaurant was great, as well as the breakfast buffet. Things I disliked were the room service food, it was poor quality. Also, the pool closes very early, at 7pm.

I had an incredible four-night stay at Borei Angkor Resort & Spa. I have never stayed in a hotel where every single staff member was kind, friendly, and as helpful as these team members were. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety of options. Also, the room was absolutely beautiful and had everything I needed. I loved the fish pond in the lobby and had to visit them every time I walked by! I can’t recommend this hotel enough. As a solo traveler, I never felt out of place or looked at funny like what often happens. Instead, I was treated like I was part of their family. It was hard to leave! Thank you to the entire team at Borei Angkor Resort for your hospitality during my Cambodian Adventure!

We arrived early and were given a room ahead of time. We were greeted by the Manager and another staff member explained the hotel. The staff within the hotel were respectful, courteous and extremely helpful. Amenities such as pool, sauna, steam rooms, cold plunge and hot pools and gym we used were heat! An enjoyable experience that we highly recommend and would return to.

Hotel staffs have very good English and service mind. Breakfast is delicious but Food at roof top restaurant is so so. Room is clean and have smell of lemongrass therapy in hotel, feel fresh and relax. If I visit Siem Reap again, I will stat here for sure. ☺ Strongly Recommend !!

If you want to feel like a royal, come to this hotel. The staff was so service oriented and the hotel was so nicely decorated with high ceilings and gold everywhere - it was almost a bit overwhelming. The room was nice, and held a good standard, but perhaps a bit worn down.
The pool area was great! And the breakfast was fantastic. There were so many options, and they had a lot of staff there who prepared many of the options fresh. Just WOW! We also loved the dinner we had at the pool restaurant.
The only real drawback was lack of airconditioning in the hallways and public toilets, and that it wasn’t turned on in the gym in the morning. Other than that, we loved our stay!

All the staff were friendly and could have been any more helpful. The hotel itself is very grand and impressive with excellent pool, food and rooms. Phin was the hotel Contact who looked after us and helped book some activities too. Great stay!

The staffs were very friendly. We booked a tour to see sunrise and had to leave at 4:30am, I mentioned to the front desk and they prepared a big bucket of breakfast for us to take to the bus. Hotel is clean and quiet.

The only things that kept this review from being a “5” was the construction noise. We should have been placed in an area of the property away from construction. On some mornings construction would start at 730.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights during our stay in Siem Reap. Starting from check-in to when we left, everyone was so friendly, kind and welcoming! We went during the off-season, so the hotel was not crowded and we were able to enjoy the amenities (pool, gym) with very few people around. The gym is quite large (one of the biggest we've seen during our Asia travels so far) and the pool is also very nice. The daily morning breakfast is delicious with a variety of different options including made to order omelet, crepe and soup stations.
The hotel is about a 5-7 minute tuk tuk ride from the main tourist area. This wasn't an issue at all since there are so many tuk tuk drivers around it was very easy to find rides whenever we needed them.
Highly recommend this resort! Would stay here again next time we visit.

This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in all of my global travels! I highly recommend staying here.
From the welcome team, a welcome drink and the kindness of all of the staff, you feel well-cared for and a little spoiled!
The hotel is beautifully furnished and set back from the street, which ensures a quiet stay. We took advantage of the pool for a cool evening swim before bed. The pool towels were perfectly placed, so we could see them immediately upon walking into the pool area.
Our hotel room was clean, spacious and perfect! We used the hotel robes to go to the swimming area. We loved the balcony with the swing bed, to enjoy our bottle of wine. A staff person kindly came and opened our bottle of wine for us.
Breakfast was delicious and reminded me of why I travel so frequently to Asia! They provided both Western and Asian options to choose from.
Once the staff heard we were going to a sunrise Angkor Wat tour, they arranged a boxed breakfast to be prepared for us by 4am! We were so grateful to begin out day with a solid breakfast.
I hope you book this gorgeous hotel while in Siem Reap. I’m definitely coming back as soon as possible and bringing my friends!

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the grounds were beautiful. The ox club restaurant was great, as well as the breakfast buffet. Things I disliked were the room service food, it was poor quality. Also, the pool closes very early, at 7pm.

I had an incredible four-night stay at Borei Angkor Resort & Spa. I have never stayed in a hotel where every single staff member was kind, friendly, and as helpful as these team members were. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety of options. Also, the room was absolutely beautiful and had everything I needed. I loved the fish pond in the lobby and had to visit them every time I walked by! I can’t recommend this hotel enough. As a solo traveler, I never felt out of place or looked at funny like what often happens. Instead, I was treated like I was part of their family. It was hard to leave! Thank you to the entire team at Borei Angkor Resort for your hospitality during my Cambodian Adventure!

We arrived early and were given a room ahead of time. We were greeted by the Manager and another staff member explained the hotel. The staff within the hotel were respectful, courteous and extremely helpful. Amenities such as pool, sauna, steam rooms, cold plunge and hot pools and gym we used were heat! An enjoyable experience that we highly recommend and would return to.
