Staff were super friendly and helpful. Accommodating our late arrival perfectly. The buffet breakfast was amazing as was their coffee. Good location for walking and also short tuk tuk to everything else. Great gym, and pool area was lovely. Thankyou

Absolutely phenomenal experience at the Caravan Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The pool was sparkling clean and incredibly refreshing, the bar served delicious drinks with a fun and relaxing atmosphere, and the service was nothing short of five-star. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally comfortable—every detail showed how much the staff cares about guests’ comfort. Speaking of the staff, they were truly outstanding—every single person we interacted with went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay unforgettable. We also indulged in the spa, and it was heavenly. The massages were incredibly soothing and just what we needed to unwind. The staff was the absolute best! They treated us like royalty and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was super cozy and comfortable. And the dining experience at the restaurant was amazing! We had a beautiful view of part of the city, it was so picturesque.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Caravan Hotel in Phnom Penh. The hotel offers a perfect mix of modern comfort and local charm. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome – they were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with cozy bedding and all the amenities I could ask for. I especially appreciated the attention to detail – from the decor to the little conveniences that made the stay feel easy and relaxing. The location is excellent – close to key sights, restaurants, and cafes, but tucked away just enough to offer a quiet retreat after a day of exploring the city. The rooftop or common areas (if applicable) were also a great bonus – perfect for unwinding or catching a nice view of Phnom Penh. Overall, Caravan Hotel is a fantastic place to stay – whether you’re in town for business, sightseeing, or just passing through. I’d definitely return and highly recommend it to others!

J’ai apprécié l’amabilité du personnel de l’hôtel; ils sont très souriants et accueillants et parlent bien anglais. La chambre est grande et la literie confortable. L’emplacement permet de commander un tuktuk facilement pour explorer la ville et la rue est relativement calme avec des commerces à proximité. Je regrette seulement que la salle de bain soit relativement petite et un peu sombre avec l’eau de la douche qui débordait un peu dans la pièce.

Très bonne expérience Le personnel de cet hôtel est vraiment accueillant, souriant et aux petits soins, c’est très agréable ! Les chambres sont propres, bien équipées et offrent une belle vue sur la ville. Petit déjeuner agréable, trop de salé pour moi, j’aurai préféré avoir des pancakes frais, mais c’est du détails. Great view from roof top pool and bar. Great placement. The room we got looked older then in photos, maybe some rooms are remodeled? very nice staff.

Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, very clean hôtel but hallways smell of cigarette smoke. Wifi signal was very weak in hotel room but OK in hallway and common areas. Limited dining and shopping options around hotel. Tuk-tuk or taxi required to reach shopping centres, markets and most tourist attractions.

Excellent hotel. The staff were amazing. I will list the names of those who impacted me at the end of this review. I had a wonderful massage. So good. I had to do it twice. The breakfast buffet is very good. Happy Hour at the rooftop bar, two glasses of wine for five dollars between 5 and 7pm. I walked all over the city from this location, but you can use the Grab App or there’s always a tuk tuk outside the hotel which will take you anywhere for a few dollars. The gym is excellent. And there are 4 1/2 liters of distilled water in your room every day and you can order more if you like. This is the excellent choice to stay in Pnomh Penh. The staff members who made my stay more enjoyable were Chanra who gave me lots of information when I arrived and kept in touch with me through WhatsApp, giving me updates on the tours, and anything I needed to know. Watt on the afternoon shift. was always helping me with directions and questions and always with a smile. The others were Noch, Kim Chou and Sok Heang, to reiterate, the staff really compliment this property, and it is really enjoyable, interacting with them.

Relaxing stay, comfortable bedding, quiet room. Pool area is very pleasant to chill out. Overall it was a perfect stay. Staff is welcoming , helpful and friendly.

Everything works like clockwork. So rare. Superb staff, great room, lovely food and fab location. Couldn't ask for more
