Golden Temple Hotel

Very traditional Cambodian style, in the heart of Siem Reap riverfront, lots of shopping, dining options. Short drive to Angkor Wat. Staff was very helpful, restaurant on site is excellent. Room was big with pool view.

Our stay at Golden Temple Hotel was far beyond our expectations for a touristic city hotel. The hotel is located in the town centre, a minute's walk from the Airport Limousine stop, surrounded by several outlets and a few minutes walk from the shopping and entertainment district across the Siem Reap River. The hospitality and quality of service were top class and made us extremely welcome and our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Arguably the best hotel experience in a long time! Looking forward to a repeat stay.

The staff were excellent, including Mr. Nate the driver. The price was very good bang for buck. I really enjoyed this hotel and it was very easy to walk to Pub Street, grocery stores, and atms.

A lovely hotel conveniently located in central Siem Reap. There are many lovely details here. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It's unfortunate that there are no evening dining/bar options, but there are many places within walking distance.

Five star experience in this classy, friendly hotel that goes out of its way to make you feel welcomed. The building is really cool. My room was clean and comfortable, with air con and a working safe. Room.was facing the street but I didn't notice noise outside at night. The hotel breakfast was excellent with a choice of fruits, salad, meat, omelette and a local soup noodles dish with various meat and noodles options. I also had a lunch which was brilliantly presented. I didn't try a massage as it's not my thing. The location is a 5 minute walk across the river to Pub Street and the night market, so it's a very easy and safe walk to get into the city without the noise of staying right in the centre But it's the staff that stand out here, the Cambodian people are extremely hospitable and service oriented and I saw that here.They always asked if everything was OK and if I was OK. I was unwell one day and they checked on me and offered assistance at the pharmacy if needed which was really appreciated. So I wil mention as many names as I can, with special mentions to Justin and Roth, the people I spoke to the most. Apologies for those I missed and also talked to. Moni my chatty friendly driver from the airport and Mike back. Both very safe and comfortable journeys. Cicy, Daneth, Pichii, Alice and Justin in reception. Phanit, Solang and Roth in the restaurant who explained everything. An outstanding team, thank you so much for making my stay a total pleasure!

Staff were excellent, the hotel was beautiful. Pool was refreshing and the breakfast was great. Definitely would stay there again if back in Siem Reap.

スタッフの方々がとても親切でした。 フロントの皆様は英語がわからない私と携帯で翻訳しながら一生懸命話してくださいました。 朝食会場のスタッフの皆様も親切に対応してくれ、安心して過ごせました。 部屋はこぢんまりしているが清潔で、リゾート感も感じられとても良かったです。 バスタブがなく水回りが少し狭いのが残念。 あと私たちの部屋は窓からの眺めが一面壁なので光が一切入らないのは少し残念でしたが、早朝に出て部屋に夜以外いなかったので問題ありませんでした。 フロント周りはリゾート感満載で、ウェルカムドリンクなどいただけてよかったです。 ただロビーにトイレはなく、プールを回り込んだプールサイドにしかないので注意。 隣にスーパーがあり、パブストリートも近く立地もとてもいいです。 スタッフの方々の対応力もよく、高評価なホテルなだけあるなと思いました。 ありがとうございました。

The pool was awesome

Loved this place. Room was large and bed so comfortable. Staff were unbelievably friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Arrived late and they organised room service for us but also organised a packed lunch for us for a 3:30am start the next day. Pool was a little cold but very clean and looked after. Great happy hour and drinks delivered to the pool. Walking distance to pub street and plenty of restaurants. Fabulous place!!

Great location in a traditional hotel

I had a really lovely time at the Golden Temple Hotel. I was travelling solo and they suggested a three day custom tour that included a spa session, an excellent guide and driver for touring the temples (with breakfast on a boat) and a lovely morning learning how to cook Cambodian cuisine. The room was comfortable and very reasonable and the staff were friendly and accomodating. Siem Reap was easy to navigate and find nice places to eat. The temples are just simply amazing.

The Golden Temple Hotel was a fantastic place to use as a base. The staff are very attentive and happy to assist in any way. Breakfast was divine and if you have a chance, take advantage of the restaurant for lunch and or dinner - you wont be disappointed. Special mention to Mr Khun who was our driver. Mr Khun went above and beyond to show us the sights of the wonderful city and surrounds. He was an absolute delight to have as our guide and we would gladly recommend him to others.

Geniales Hotel, durchgestylte Einrichtung im traditionellen Stil. Wunderschöner Pool. Extrem gutes Restaurant, das natürlich etwas teurer ist als die Restaurants in der Stadt, aber von der Qualität her den Preis rechtfertigt. Wir wurden auch im Spa sehr gut bedient. die Pub Street ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, die Strecke ist auch wirklich angenehm zu laufen und führt zudem durch den Nightmarket hindurch. Obwohl das Hotel wirklich wunderschön aussieht und alles sehr gepflegt ist, war das Personal aber immer noch das Beste. Bei jedem unsere Probleme wurde uns geholfen. Das Personal konnte ganz einfach per WhatsApp kontaktiert werden. Es werden preislich absolut angemessene Touren und Service Dienstleistungen angeboten. Es steht ein Aufzug zur Verfügung, aber das Hotel ist nicht barrierefrei. hier kann man buchen, ohne darüber nachzudenken. Einfach das Zimmer auswählen, dass einem am liebsten gefällt und einen schönen Aufenthalt genießen. bei der Buchung über hotel.com konnten wir zu dem einen sehr guten Preis erhalten. Somit auch eine sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

The hospitality and warmth of the team at Golden Temple is unmatched. I celebrated my birthday during our stay and the staff went above and beyond to make it an incredibly special day. They are very attentive and helpful with booking excursions as well as transportation around the city and to the airport to ensure a stress free vacation. The hotel is clean, the food is delicious and the pool area is a wonderful oasis in the city. We hope to visit again soon!

Fantastic boutique hotel. Oasis feel within a short walk from pub street. Staff is friendly, rooms are nicely appointed and the spa massage was wonderful.

Very nice hotel at a reasonable price. We stayed 4 nights. The room was good. The pool area is very nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Had dinner there one night and it too was excellent. Best part of the stay was the staff. The friendliest, most attentive and helpful group we have ever encountered in our travels. We used them to plan all our trips to the temples. Great location too walking distance to night market and many good restaurants and bars. Great stay!

発展途上国のホテルに有りがちなケアレスミスが無くスタッフの仕事は常に迅速であり、きちんと教育されている印象で、非常に丁寧なもてなしを受ける事が出来た。 シャワー設備がレインシャワーのみで使い勝手が今ひとつである事、排水の仕切りが無く洗面台前の床までびしょ濡れになる事が星マイナスの理由。
