The hotel seem to have an attitude that puts the guests in a strange subservient position. Not allowed to use the lift from the ground floor, have to use the quite dangerous stairs to the first floor lobby and then allowed to use the lift. When challenged on this they said it was for security despite there being a security man at the ground floor lift entrance 24/7. When I tried to discuss this further (calmly and quietly) I was totally ignored and the reception staff turned away and stopped talking to me. The hotel is also right next to a smelly market and when the wind is in the wrong direction you can even smell it on the rooftop at the pool

Arguably best hotel in the city. Very clean and fresh throughout. Room was not too big but in excellent condition. Good AC. Helpful front desk and a nice breakfast. Roof top pool was great but only 2 pounders were in the sun after midday which was a little disappointing.

Rude, demeaning, insulting would describe the attitude of at least the woman checking in my wife.
Demands made to locate towels? (Which were in the room).
The concept of checking into the hotel and then enjoying your time there doesn't exist. Finding any reason to tell you to pay additional money seems to now be the primary goal.

Couldn’t be better. I loved the hotel. Great service, staff and breakfast.
Not placed in the finest area but 2 minutes walk to the river and transport is cheap. The are good restaurants in the area.
The room looked new.
I loved the sky bar where you also can get dinner. I tried 2 times and the dinner was of high standard and was tasty.
Only downside was a bit hard bed but that’s in general an issue in Asia.

Harmony hotel e’ una piacevole struttura alberghiera al centro di Phnom Penh, alla confluenza tra il fiume Tonle Sap e il Mekong.
L’hotel si trova in una piccola stradina dove sorge un tipico mercatino rionale aperto giorno e notte, con i suoi odori, profumi e colori.
Molti tuk ruk attendono in strada per accompagnarvi nei vari giri per la città. Attenti alle fregature 😂
La struttura è moderna e ben organizzata. Dispone di una piccola palestra, una piscina all’11esimo piano, una vasca con idromassaggio ed acqua caldissima, un ristorante, un bar ed una sala colazione. Colazione buona: dal cibo asiatico e alla classica colazione occidentale.
All’ultimo piano, una meravigliosa vista sui due fiumi e su parte della città.
Harmonly sul luogo ideale da dove partire ed esplorare la città. I luoghi di maggior interesse sono raggiungibili a piedi.
Staff gentilissimo, sorridente, accogliente.
All’atto del check-in vengono trattenuti 50$ di deposito, poi restituiti dopo una settimana.
Stanze molto belle, letti comodi, bagno con super doccia e vasca da bagno.
Insomma, un bel posto per soggiornare e visitare Phnom Penh.
Consigliatissimo!

Stayed here before few times. So that's a recommendation. Late at night it is a bit dodgy area. So take a tuktuk if you are drunk and it is 2am. Don't take a room on the 10th floor because the pool is right above you and pipes or whatever can be noisy. The pool and tub and bar on the 11th floor are very nice and relaxed with great view, definitely a nice place to spend a sunny afternoon. Breakfast buffet has a huge variety, though I miss the anchovies as part of the salad bar.

We really enjoyed our stay at Harmony Hotel in Phnom Penh. The location was good, we could walk to the royal palace, markets and lots of cafes and restaurants easily the room was spacious and comfortable with soft pillows. Breakfast was good with great Asian pork soup as well as European options if we weren’t feeling adventurous. Loved the infinity pool in the afternoons - great view of the river and nice cocktails. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Would love to return.

The staff are excellent and speak good English I would recommend the balcony room ,the breakfast options are a little limited but there are many restaurants close by,I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, with modern facilities and I didn’t mind the location near the local fresh food market right across the road. Easy access to many local eating options as well as things to see and do. Breakfast was lovely with several choices, just some things in closhes were not hot, really nice space to eat in. A chicken avocado salad I chose from room service was very disappointing, did not match the description of ingredients on the menu with a tiny bit of chicken diced up rather than the slices depicted in the picture and other ingredients absent altogether eg tomato. Staff at front desk just verbally apologized when informed did not provide a discount.

We were four adults (two rooms) visiting from NYC. We stayed for four nights in September. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful with all of our questions. We enjoyed the breakfast on the second floor and liked that the location was so convenient. There is a daily wet market on the same street, and lots of local restaurants nearby. It’s also very close to the river where we took many walks in the morning and evening. My parents are older so we appreciated that there was an elevator to the ground level, and nearby things we could walk to. The central market is a quick tuk tuk ride, as are many other sites.
