โรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่านิดหน่อย แต่ความสะดวกสบายใช้ได้ พนักงานเป็นมิตร แต่ระบบการจัดการยังไม่ค่อยดีพอ เนื่องจากมีการแจ้งรถ Shuttle bus ให้ไปรอนับล่วงหน้า แต่พอไปถึงกลับไม่มีรถไปรอรับที่สนามบิน ทำให้เสียเวลารอเกือบ 2 ชม แต่พนักงาน friendly บริการดี อาหานเช้าใ้ข้ได้

We took 1 room here for 3 nights. Rooms & amenities are excellent. Location was convenient and just 5 mins walking distance to Pub Street. Staff is good & helpful. There is a mini-mart just opposite to the hotel. Over all a good & decent place to stay in Siem Reap.

Beautiful Hotel Great landscape ,Pool , Enviroment but the hotel front road is under construction it is dusty ,Also the pillow cover & shower rope smell sweat very strongly SO the maid or room service should make sure to wash them everytime ,Breakfast should be buffet for the cost of the Hotel

Friendly, nice, and clean. Quiet place. A bit higher price than similar service just down the street.

Wir waren 10 Tage in Siem Reap und haben uns im Skor Boutique wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war bei Anreise sauber und auch sonst sehr schön, allerdings lässt die Zimmerreinigung ein bisschen zu wünschen übrig, wenn man länger verweilt. Das Hotel an sich ist in die Jahre gekommen; man sollte das ein oder andere schon mal renovieren bzw. reparieren. So hat man den Eindruck, dass die 3,5 Sterne heute nicht mehr gerechtfertigt sind. Bar und Restaurant waren während unseres Aufenthalts nicht vorhanden. Das Personal in diesem Hotel ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat eine Top-Lage. Zum von uns bezahlten Preis würden wir es wieder buchen. Essen kann man übrigens sehr gut im "The Christa" nicht weit vom Hotel.

È mancato il pick up, nonostante ci sia stato scambio di mail, in aeroporto Asciugamani sporchi Nessuna pulizia tra le due notti di bagno e nessuna ricarica di barh gel Nonostante ciò rapporto qualità prezzo buono, soprattutto per la posizione strategica del hotel

Great service but there was some problem with room and I had to call service numerous times but they were able to resolve all of my issues

Phone didn't work, bathroom repairs required, water turned off at one stage and breakfast was of poor quality.

Nice little hotel, pool was small and didn't get much sunlight as between buildings but fine for for a dip! Rooms were clean, with free toiletries and dressing gowns to use. I was in room 16 at the back and the WiFi was bad, it was fine in reception area though. Staff very accommodating and allowed us late check out. Breakfast was ordered via menu, granola was nice but the American breakfast could use a little improvement as only one tiny piece of bacon and no beans or mushrooms!

We got a family room with bad bathroom drainage. My parents room flooded due to that. Also the bathtub is outside the bathroom rendering it completely useless. Why watch TV when you can watch someone bathe? Their breakfast selection is pretty tiny in sizing maybe good for a kid. Lastly there was a complete power failure on our last night stay. However, Ken is a dear and he tries so hard to manage everything in the hotel. If we were to come back, if probably because of his good customer service.

訂泳池景給花園景房，床榻，水龍頭壞、電燈壞，廁所水管會倒灌有異味，房間腰果沒標價卻收錢，又說找不到我們訂房資料⋯總之我覺得是大地雷。

Good value for your money. Staff were helpful but some of them didn't speak very good English which made it difficult to ensure tour arrangements and timings were understood. Good location. Within walking distance to the market and pub street.

Nice hotel in Siem Reap. All stuff are warm and helpful, recommend to all of you.

Lovely place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff although, especially 'Ken'. Limited English but we all made do. Loved the pool and pool side room. would definitely recommend.

It is a small-scale hotel with swimming pool and my 4 kids loved it. Airport pickup provided was by tuk-tuk and we enjoyed the experience but the road was dusty thus highly recommend to bring along some masks. Staffs are helpful despite very limited English they can converse with us. I chose this hotel after due studies on its distance from the many attractions; ie. Hard Rock Cafe, Pub Street, Old Market, Art Center, Artisan Angkor & etc. There is an eatery outlet named Kouy Tiew Touk which served a mixture of Thai Foods, Vietnamese foods were well visiting if you enjoyed those cuisines. Besides that, we enjoyed shopping at the Angkor Mart just next to this outlet as a majority of their products pricing were competitive and offered wide varieties of items too. The hotel helped us arranged for 2 tuk-tuk to sent my family to Angkor Wat but I find it a bit pricey as it costs us USD17 per tuk-tuk with additional USD5 for each driver due to the early departure to catch the sunrise of Angkor Wat. But overall, it was a great experience for my family staying at this hotel & visiting Siem Reap.

こじんまりとした隠れ家のような場所。日本語が話せるスタッフはいないと思うので、英語は必須。５分くらい繁華街に向かって歩けば、コンビニのような店があり便利。１０泊したが騒々しい団体ツアー客もいなくて静かであり、周辺の施設からの騒音はごくわずかに聞こえる程度。 朝食は７種くらいのメニューから選ぶスタイルで、量は十分にあった。 プール水深は１．３ｍくらいで大きくはないけれど、毎日清掃されていて清潔に保たれていた。大きくはない。 航空会社でのトラブルで受託手荷物の遅延（行方不明）が生じたけれど、ホテルスタッフが空港職員と連絡を取ってくれて、スムーズに荷物引き取りが出来たので、非常に感謝しています。 当Residence発の自動車やトゥクトゥクによるツアーもあるので、気楽に散策できる。

３泊でしたが、とても快適に過ごしました。 日本語は全く通じませんので、ある程度英語のわかるかたにはオススメします。 客室はとても快適で、綺麗でした。 空港送迎付きですが、自分から言わないとだめです。 私は行きはメールで飛行機の便名を伝え、帰りも前日に何時？と聞いて対応してもらいました。 トゥクトゥクは砂埃がすごいので、タオルとサングラスを着けた方がいいです。 朝食は簡易ですが付いています。 麺はインスタントだし、コーヒーもイマイチですが値段からすればこんなものでしょう。 シャンプーとシャワージェルが付いてますが、パサパサになるので女性はシャンプーの持参をオススメします。 他は歯ブラシ、石鹸、ミネラルウオーター350が二本、バスローブがあります。 マッサージは夜10時までやっていて、安かったです！ フットマッサージ60分が10ドルでした。 自分の部屋でやってくれますよ。 またアンコールワットに来ることがあれば、このホテルを選びます。
