It is an excellent place to be in Quebec City, it is very central and you can get everywhere by walking, the staff is very friendly and the place is very clean, I highly recommend it.

We had to share a restroom which was not stated in the original reservation. Linens and towels are not in our room and we had to walk far to get them. Our AC and electricity did not work, forcing us to have to check out a night early. Terrible experience

Cheap and Nice

We stayed there for one night. Rented two bed in an eight bed dormitory. We got there around 2.30 and they assigned to us one room, we left all of our things in the beds, and then when we got back around 7 pm, there was someone else using one of our beds, so we asked the receptionist and he said, we had to go to another room, so we changed, we went out again, ad when we get back, again one of our beds was occupied, they made us change our room again at 2 am!!, we changed, and then we realized that there was only one bed in the room they assigned to us now, the receptionist had to come up to see it, and changed again, at the end one had to sleep in one room and the other in another room. They said they would get back the money of one bed, we left our contact and they haven't contacted us yet! It was a really terrible experience, changing one time is fine, we can understand they Mae a mistake, but three times, is too much. Their excuse was they had just opened the hostal again. They need to have a better control system.

L'auberge n'est pas très charmante, très mal isolée niveau bruit (on entend la musique du bar, les voisins et surtout le mec qui prend sa douche puisque c'est un système où il faut sans cesse appuyer sur le robinet, ce qui est d'ailleurs vraiment nul!), le petit dej limité et pas convivial. Ca doit être mieux en été (je crois qu'il y a une cours intérieure)! Accueil pas ouf. En revanche rien à dire sur la propreté et c'est bien situé.

Personnel très gentil, chambre pas très grande mais amplement suffisant, et auberge vraiment très bien placée.

ceci est une auberge de qualité moyenne! Après notre réservation sur le site internet ayant payé 60 dollar canadien. le maître d'accueil nous à demandé 20 $ supplémentaire pour la personne en plus alors que nous avions réservé une chambre pour deux personnes avec un lit double nous avons refusé de payer le supplément... eviter de vous faire avoir .... Pour le petit dej continental on nest loin du compte.. 4 boue de pain de mis qui se cour après du lait avec céréales... confiture dans Tupperware depuit x annee... Mais cette auberge satisfait pour 1 nuit ....pas plus !!!

The management and service were surprisingly good and friendly, running in the true spirit of a youth hostel and the generosity of the good old 1970s. The location is superb, situated at the heart of the old town with most everything within 5-15 minutes walking distance.! Every corner of the venue has been well maintained, reasonably clean and well ventilated, considering that an old building. The place is fun, vibrant, and yet peaceful. Area of improvement: 1-breakfast, 2-bedding and blankets : 3-the bathroom can be cleaner. All in all, I have a wonderful stay and will stay there again.

まず、エレベーターがないので、大きなキャリーバッグを2つ以上持つ人には不向きです。バスターミナルや駅から来るときに上りになりますので。体力はいります。中のキッチンは電気調理器や冷蔵庫もあり、簡単な自炊にも向いています。二段ベッドの寝室では鍵のないロッカーが使えますので、手持ちの鍵を行く前に持っていけば、ロッカーを有効に使えます。滝などの場所を聞くとスタッフの方が丁寧に教えてもらいました。

First off the staff were really nice and the location is excellent for exploring the historical parts of Quebec. Back patio was a nice spot to chill out and get some fresh air. On the less positive side, the floors were quite loud and squeaky and the hostel quite stuffy, especially at night in your dorm room!! Also, as a solo female, I didn't love that I ended up in a room with all men so maybe request otherwise if you would feel the same and i'm sure they would accomodate.

Emplacement idéal et prix sympa mais c'est tout. La décoration est désuète, tout comme le mobilier... Matelas inconfortable, pas de lumières individuelles... On est assez loin des standards actuels en terme d'intimité et de confort pour les clients. Salle d'eau propre. Le tout aurait besoin d'une grosse rénovation complète.
