Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Guests are required to download the property's Flexipass mobile app before check-in.

The property will be renovating from January 13 2025 to April 15 2025 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:

• Laundry facilities
• Select guestrooms

Renovation work will only be conducted during business hours on weekdays. Every effort will be made to minimize noise and disturbance.
