Très pratique pour une arrivée tardive du ferry. Chambre spacieuse et bon petit déjeuner.

It was walking distance to the Mall. 5 minutes drive to my Sons house.

Hotel was clean.. staff was friendly.. breakfast was above average.. overall the experience was very pleasant .. we would definitely stay here again

Food sucked, not much available. Hair in pastries, eggs were watery, went to get breakfast right away and nothing there. Pull out bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. No airflow or A/C in the suites bedroom. Key card malfunctioning. Couldnt turn off the fan in the bathroom, which did not help anyone sleep. Kids with support needs couldbt use the bathroom without headphones to block the fan sounds.

The room featuring a jacuzzi tub was a pleasant bonus, and the hotel's location was excellent, with everything one might need in close proximity. However, we found garbage and loose candy (Skittles) in the nightstand drawers, which was concerning. Additionally, the safe was locked and could not be reset. While we did not contact the front desk for assistance, as we did not need to secure any valuables, this did raise concerns about whether housekeeping was adhering to their checklists and verifying that the safe had been emptied. Despite these issues, I would consider staying here again due to the prime location and the added benefit of the jacuzzi tub.

I always go here for my stays in Nanaimo. Was amazing. Staff very accommodating and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing all star 5 stars

We stayed 1 night. Room was clean and check-in was easy. However, the lighted panel on the airconditioning unit (showing the temperarure in big numbers) was too bright and it lighted up the whole room in the night.
