Best Western Sunrise Inn & Suites

Great family- and pet-friendly hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were welcoming, and it was easy to travel with my 6 year old little sister and my dog. Breakfast was convenient, and the stay was comfortable and affordable. We’d happily stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was yummy. The pool was fun. The room was clean. Our only complaint would be the mattress. It was very uncomfortable.

Not one to complain…We always stay here - number 1 pick for my family and I when coming to Edmonton area. We had neighbours next to us keep us up all night from around 12am all through til morning slamming doors, using profane language, knocking and trying to enter our room through the shared room door several times). I believe they were intoxicated and I told the front desk staff on checkout and they didn't do anything but give me a $25 dinner gift card for the hassle (typically very good staff) this wasn't a staffing issue. My daughter even said in the early morning “dad why did they even bother booking a hotel room”…not to mention it was frighting for the kids to hear someone trying to come in the room. Just disappointed how it was handled by hotel as we have spent 1000s at this place as a family retreat. Will have to reconsider other options in the future based on the way it was handled.

If you like dirty uncleaned rooms this is the place for you! I prepaid for my uncle and his family to come stay and once they got into the room they found the entire room filthy! Bathroom dirty, sheets unchanged and garbage stuffed under the bed. Disgusting and not what I expected from Beat Western. They blamed it on the fact we booked through Expedia and said the room couldn't be changed.

Room was clean but breakfast buffet food wasnt impressive. Eggs looked gross and there was no hashbrowns and limited croissants. And coffee tasted bad. Other everyone had a good sleep. Oh and no pool towels

All good. Nice full breakfast. Pleasant staff. Very clean. Modern. Good room size. Separate bedroom. Two big TV's.
