Caravan Inn Motel

The room was not clean at all. The front desk provided us with another 3 rooms for option. Unfortunately, none of them was clean. Not acceptable. But, the staff is understandable. A young woman agreed to refund 100% immediately. We left for another hotel.

It was the worst place I ever been to. So bad. And nobody around if aomething like the toilet was not working. I never jn my life had such a bad experience. I recommand no one to ever go there. Wven price wise not that cheap.

Everything I didn't like not clean a dump

The property is absolutely DIRTY. As per regulations we were not checked-in, did not full out a Registration card. There were no glasses in the Room 202. to drink some water or take medication. No hangers to hang clothes. Tv not working, cable tv cable was disconnected. AC unit dirty. on arrival put AC unit on to test it, left it running , on return to room after midnight the Ac control was disconnected, unable to turn it on. Bathroom ceiling tiles have a 6 inch hole and is dirty. Toilet paper dispenser is broken. Shower walls dirty(stained), shower curtain dirty. We returned to the motel after midnight, and there was no lights "ON" above the steps, had to use a flashlight to get upstairs. We paid for 2 nights but checked out early in the morning losing payment for one night. I told the clerk I will be reporting this matter to the City of Niagara Falls. Very unfair for International guests checking in online, the photos are misleading. To support my report I took many pictures. NEVER AGAIN.

Toilet whashroom need to repair

La chambre est complètement sale. On dirait que quelqu'un d'autre l'avait déjà occupée avant moi et qu'il ne l'avait pas nettoyée.

The mattresses were full of bedbug blood. The sheets were all stained. I instantly went down and got my money back.

Malheureusement je n’ai pu garder la chambre. L’endroit est insalubre pour une famille. Nous n’avons pu garder la chambre j’ai un bébé avec nous est j’ai eu peur d’avoir des puces . Nous avons été obligé de quitter l’hôtel ! Et de trouver une chambre

Check in time is 2pm & nobody around the hotel. We left a note , then we received a call around 5pm telling we can come. Room smell so bad. Seems not vacuum for months. Facilities were not maintained. Not recommended to stay.

Terrible

One of the worst i have seen.... i am giving this feedback at 2 am by seeing bed bugs and we didn't sleep. Someone call me 647 833 1869

Left right after we arrived. Absolutely awful place. Door looked as though it had been kicked in several times, dirty linens and bed linens

I booked a king bedroom and i have gotten the dirtiest double queen bed. Washroom didnt have the lock. No curtains. Hairs on the bedroom. Worst experience in 18 years

Need to use hot steam to kill the bedbugs—-buy steamer blower—-.

The Airconditioning wasnt working, the shower wasnt draining. The roo was damn stuffy, very poorly ventilated and it was quite difficult to breath inside the room

Bad experience coz the washroom was choked and the ac in the room was also not working properly.

SAVE YOURSELF FROM REGRET AND DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! Room had no hot water but staff kept denying the issue. Sheets were missing from the beds and pillowcases were dirty. There were holes in the walls and doors. Front desk is unmanned and you can’t call from the room phone. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It’s very very dirty, I had to cancel my booking in the spot since I saw the room , sheet and bed were very dirty I don’t think they have been cleaned before I’ll never try to booking it again
