Sliding Door at the front didnt slide you had to push it open sidewalks were icy, the snow removal outside was not done well. There is a Continental Breakfast, the cook did not cook the scrambled eggs very well, the sausages were barely cooked.

Check in was extremely smooth, room was decent (extremely hot when we arrived), outside access doors need to be cleared for safety reasons(plugged or blocked by snow). Breakfast was good but missing juice. When we arrived in the breakfast area there were two plates full of food on one table, coffee on the counter, and toast in the toaster. No one was around to eat them…it was like they vanished, very strange.

It was fairly clean, but the cleaning was sub-par. When I checked into my room, it was nice enough, but the bathroom needed new caulking as mold was growing, there was no soap, and the microwave still had the previous occupants lasagna in it. I did get given a new room, one with some soap in the dispenser and no food in the microwave, but the shower had even more mold. The room was far to expensive for the conditions.

They never got the room ready all day. We came in after dinner and was given another room with out a kitchen. Checking out in the morning was difficult. I had to go to the managers room and pound on the door to wake him up so we could check e.

I stayed at this property woke up with bites on my back and according to the doctor, their bedbug bites. I spoke to the staff. They said the manager would contact me. I have not heard from the manager the staff there was very helpful, but the place needs a full clean.

We chose this place over the Ramada because it was cheaper. Nothing wrong with this place, other than the small coming from one of the kitchenette rooms down by the guests laundry service.
