Room was good and clean for the night.

Air conditioning is ok. Staffs are nice. The room is clean and quiet. It's closed to shopping area. Very convenient both for shopping and dining.

It was very clean and the staff were great! Would gladly stay there again!

Good place but expensive if you pay cash it’s $80 a night with free parking

Hotel is close to everything

The room was overall good, and the location was fantastic. Being right in the downtown core with everything within walking distance was a major benefit and made our stay very convenient. However, we encountered a significant issue with the cleanliness of the floor. After bathing our children, both of their feet were immediately completely black again from walking on the floor. It appeared that the floor had not received a basic, thorough cleaning, which forced us to wear our shoes around the place for the duration of our stay. Another point of note was the lighting. The setup was quite interesting as the only substantial light source in the room was located right beside the TV rather than being centrally located, making the rest of the room feel dim. I hope that the cleaning staff can address the floor issue, as the location and convenience of the property are excellent.

Clean rooms but the fan in our bathroom the cover was falling off and in my moms room the toitel keep running

Great place for a nights stay clean room close to everything

Clean room, friendly staff, clean pool, air conditioned, close to restaurants/attractions

It is a really good property. The only downside is they didn’t do housekeeping very efficiently and the tub of the room kind of sucked my toe up and cut it.

We came in family of 6 and the staff named Jessie and Nick were very accommodating and helpful. Clean room, walkable to attractions and quiet room. They made our trip to Niagara Falls very memorable.

Absolutely Disgusting, dirty and unsafe – Avoid at All Costs This place was so bad I feel obligated to warn others. It is hands down the dirtiest “accommodation” I have ever stepped foot in. Walking into the room felt like walking into a trash heap. The sheets were stained with god-knows-what, the pillow smelled like old sweat, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There was mold growing in the corners of the shower, black grime coating the tiles, and the sink was clogged with hair. Even the towels provided were damp and smelled of mildew – honestly, I wouldn’t use them to clean my floor, let alone my body. Dust was everywhere: on the furniture, in the air vents, even on the so-called “clean” glasses left out for guests. I noticed sticky stains on the walls and mystery smears on the curtains. The carpet was so filthy that I refused to walk barefoot – it felt like stepping on layers of grease and crumbs. It was absolutely revolting. I didn’t feel comfortable touching anything, let alone sleeping there. This place should be shut down by health inspectors. Save yourself the nightmare and stay literally anywhere else.

The room was clean and spacious, staff was responsive, location was convenient. Amenities were microwave, refrigerator and flat screen TV. There was a sitting area with a couch and coffee table. The motel had a pool which we were not interested in using but it was available for anyone that wanted to.

Good location, price, and attention to customer satisfaction

Great price and perfect walking distance to Clifton Hill. Bed was comfortable, water pressure in shower was amazing!! Had a microwave and fridge which is rare is some of the hotel rooms. Parking is additional but only $10/night. Would definitely return.

The room was clean and staff was friendly when we arrived, they allowed our checkout time to be extended for a small fee. I gave a 4 star rating because the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and made it for a restless sleep and both my boyfriend and i woke up sore. Other then that, its a great location to all the attractions.

No sleep. Terrible night. Large crowd of people smoking and drinking right outside my door. Banging on my door all night. I will never stay there again and I’m thinking I shouldn’t be using hotels.com. I would like a refund. You have to pay to park. It’s just a poor experience all together.

Other than the sheets being dirty and not having a great view. The room surprisingly felt safe, no huge concerns would stay again!
