Comfort Inn Montréal Aéroport

Clean room . Descent size. Loved the full size shower. The breakfast was great! I will go back. The only down side: no elevators to reach second floor....

The room was spotless and staff were excellent. Dull area of Montreal but served the purpose of a stop over at the airport.

Slept well and took a hot shower with great water pressure.

We showed up at 11:00pm. And it took until 12:30am to check in with 3 people in line front of us.

There is no shuttle from the airport to the Pointe-Claire location (that service should be removed from the Expedia list of services for that location). The shuttle dropped me at Comfort Inn closer to YUL airport, so I had to Uber to the right location. Staff at both locations were extremely helpful. Besides that, my stay was good. Renovated spotless room, comfortable king bed. The heating system was noisy, and no water bottles provided.

Easy and fast check in/out with good reception staff, great breakfast person supporting the service very friendly, collaborative (Venezuelan guy)) in general great experience in all aspects.

This hotel was terrible. The “shuttle” service is based on taxi vouchers which I guess you must have to divine yourself as it’s not posted anywhere. We accidentally went to the wrong Comfort Inn as there are two, so we paid $35 for the taxi there and then they told us they’d pay for our taxi to the next hotel. When we arrived the front desk said they would not pay, so we paid another $35. After all that, we went up to our rooms at around midnight, only to find both beds full of hair - yes, that kind of hair. Neither bed appeared to have been cleaned. The response of the front desk attendant was to switch us to a different room. No partial refund, nothing. Terrible experience overall.

Everything fine. Room nicely appointed. When I checked in was clean. However maid did not come the next day. Room as not refreshed and it was too late to get done. Would have been nice to have the room cleaned fresh supplies added. Not my best experience with comfort inn. Description should have said no elevator available so those with mobility issues know they have to be able to navigate stairs especially with luggage.
