Once we entered the room we could hear a party. I went to the front desk to see if we could change rooms but the hotel was sold out. They sent someone to our floor and insisted there was no noise. I contacted the from desk a few times to tell they need to enter the room as you could hear the party through the vent in the wall. Once staff arrived they went to the party room to advise them that after 10 it should be quiet. It took several attempts from Management to resolve this. It would be appreciated if a discount was provided for the inconvenience. We are frequent visitors at this hotel and our daughter secured several rooms for a wedding a few years ago.

The hotel has a dated feel, with worn carpets and inconsistent room heating controlled by older Honeywell thermostats. The bistro menu reads well, but the food was underwhelming both times I tried it. They also have a Starbucks counter—not self-serve, but staffed with a machine-based setup and full menu. Unfortunately, the coffee quality was still poor. Prices are high for the overall experience. It’s fine for a short business stay if location matters, but not a place I’d go out of my way to return to.

The room was very clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the environment was quiet—great for relaxing or getting work done. However, it’s worth noting that basic amenities like water, a toothbrush, and toothpaste are not provided complimentary, so you’ll need to bring your own. Also, if you want to add breakfast, it costs extra. Aside from that, it’s a nice, business-friendly place with a decent bar and good service.

Good hotel and nice room but there was little attention to the details, the coffee was only decaf and housekeeping threw away my shower cap.
