The good: location and stores nearby. Very convenient for groceries and food. It is sufficiently supplied with cooking supplies but no coffee maker! Fridge and stove were good and clean. The bad: Bed and furniture was ok- noisy bed, burn holes in couch. VERY noisy doors in hallway and entrance- doors stuck so you have to slam them to lock. Could hear neighbours coming and going all night. The second entrance lock doesn’t work and the handrail is broken off the wall. The main entrance door often doesn’t close so there is minimal security. No mirror in bathroom, looks like it was pulled off the wall. DIRTY and shower not cleaned after last guests. See pictures below- hair ball on shower wall and hair and soap residue on shelf- the pic of tissue is the dirt from the shower I wiped up.baseboards gross- walls next to bed not clean and dirty. There is no way the doors, door frames, walls or baseboards have been cleaned….ever! 2 hours of scrubbing and a new paint job at a minimum. Good thing there was a dollar store across the street so I could buy wipes and clean whatever I was using. Texted contact in regards to parking and filling out form….crickets. Paid city street parking -

Never staying there again. The front door could not close nor lock. The place was not clean at all. A lot a stains and hair everywhere. I left after one night and requested a refund and have been ignored by the owner. He never got back to me and I never got a refund. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Ce fut l’un de mes meilleurs séjours jusqu’à présent dans la métropole. Personnel attentionné. Endroit charmant comprenant de nombreuses commodités ainsi que de nombreux commerces à proximité. Accès facile au transport en commun. Je recommande fortement.

The location was great, near multiple amenities. The unit itself was functional but the couch was used and abused. It had multiple cigarette burns in it and the cushioning was breaking down and not very clean. I had to buy a cover for the area I used. Also, the tub drain was clogged, creating a bath of dirty water with every shower, leaving scummy debris in the tub when the water finally seeped down the drain. There were no bathroom cleaning supplies nor atoilet brush in the unit, so it got pretty bad with use. A new couch and cleaning supplies would help raise the quality of the unit immensely.

Nice apartment at a nice location. Close to St. Josephs, Metro subway station (cote de neiges) to get around the city. Strip has restaurants/bars, supermarkets all walking distance.

Peur experiencia d hôtel d mi vida. Dirty disgusting smelly can never reach anyone the management fraudulently charged my credit card for an extension I never authorized. Due to the high levels of bacteria and mold I became dangerously ill. From the start they kept saying maintenance was on its way and would arrive any minute. I waited 3 days and he did nothing but give me a roll of tape to repair the ac. One towel one set of sheets for a week n half a roll of toilet paper. The vacuum n mop full of mold as was the couch the curtains and the bath mat. A thin slimy film that smelled like sewage covered everything. All questions and requests for basic general things were never answered messages not replied except when I was told to do them a favour and leave because I expressed my frustration with their lack of sanitation and service. They are bullies, thieves and scammers - the slumlords of the hotel industry. I am shocked that this site I’ve always trusted would associate with these criminals.

The apartment is dirty. The management is not responsive at all. I never received a reply to my emails or calls.

Super nice apartment space, some of the dishes were not clean at all. But over all great, quiet location to stay.

The bed covers had stains. The couch had cigarettes burnings. The entrance had no carpet. Not enough toilet paper. Everything else was good.

stayed at a hotel for 2 weeks, October 16th. Checked out, no issues. A week later, I notice my deposit still hasn't been returned. I call to ask about how long that normally takes and received no answer. No one called me back, and no one mentioned it at checkout. This is the worse experience I have had... I also had internet issues and.....
