Great rooms; super clean and updated. Check in was super fast and awesome customer service. Beds are super comfy. Didn’t eat at the restaurant here but it smelled amazing! Great continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Thank you :)

Do NOT stay here unless your only other option is being stuck outside in the dead of winter. I’d say that you get what you pay for except that I paid $173 for one night and I only did that because I had to come into the city a day earlier than expected and had already booked this place for $113 the other night and didn’t want to check into somewhere different (that was before I saw the accommodations in person and it was non-refundable). They upcharged me because they could as it was a Wednesday - not even a weekend and the place was virtually empty that night. I realized too late that this place would probably charge by the hour if they could as it’s a sleezy spot with paper thin walls that you could tell people book just to do the dirty deed. I’m so glad I was travelling alone as my child would’ve been scarred for live. Quite frankly, I’m scarred for life. I made a complaint for a refund or some sort of compensation for the noise but nothing was done about it so here’s my brutally honest review instead.

This is a two star property and I paid that the expected fee for the one night but decided I wanted to stay an extra night and it cost me double

Cheap room for the night. First impressions.. not good. Eeks!There was a lovely man at the front desk who checked us in, but the hallway down to our room smelled omniously horrid. The room smelled less than fresh and clean, perhaps a better scented cleaning product? Its 3;30am and I cant sleep as the mattress is as hard as a rock, and is so loud and squeaky when you move it would wake the dead!! The bathroom was the crown and glory, despite it being incredibly small, it was clean and half renovated. The tv was small but it worked, as did the old dirty looking air conditioner. The door was old with paint all coming off it, and at times the lock wouldnt engage, and it clearly looked like someone was trying to escape from the inside. Today I will relinquish my driving, to sleep in the car. Will the continental breakfast save the day? At this point, nothing could.

An extra charge PER dog upon arrival after already paying room fee. We were placed in a room next to the door going to the parking lot that kept us up ALL night. People coming in and out literally until 4am, running up and down the stairs. Horrible sleep. Weird smell in room. Neighborhood was not safe feeling.

Usually, because they are the only staff that you see, the receptionist is friendly. The fellow at the desk was anything but that - indifferent would be a good word. I sneezed about five times and not a word of concern not even an acknowledgement of my presence except to process my card and give my key.

I needed a clean, comfort place to sleep two nights in Sudbury during my long road trip. Econo Lodge met my expectations. The unit was clean. The bed was comfortable. Convenient parking. Overall I am satisfied with my stay at this place. Thank you.

This is a good basic hotel at an economical price. The attached restaurant was really quite good. The Giant Nickel is actually visible out the back window, but not really accessible for a walk. There are cliffs. The hotel owners are nice enough, it is just dated and weary. So -- Good Basic Stay.

parking was terrible and not monitored . people with boats were taking up half the parking lot

The room could be cleaned more, the baseboard are dusty and light switches are dirty. Between the top of the bed and the wall it’s not clean. The isolation between rooms is not good, you can hear people talking and walking easily.

Overall it was an ok stay for a quick stop but the facilities are lacking in areas. Our bathroom was dirty, grout fell out of the wall in shower, sink drain was clogged and the area was very sketchy. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Picked this property for the restaurant...and it wasnt open. Area was sketchy, no elevators, 100,000 degree hallways, access to vending machines was scary and i didnt feel safe crossing.

Too many stairs- not recommended for people with mobility issues. No elevator. No trolleys to wheel luggage. People should be advised about these issues !!! Bed is too bouncy- if your partner hiccups, it is felt !!!!

The bed was fantastic. Definately worth the upgrade extra fee. Quiet, sound proof room. The continental breakfast was quite good - muffins, toast. Bagels, hot and cold cereals. Coffee, tea, orange and apple juice, yogurts and fresh fruit. Quite an impressive spread.
