The hotel WiFi was not working the staff was very slow. Had breakfast included but everything was finished.

The outside is run down and lots of construction. But other then that great

Very rude, bad service, bad management

Excellent for the price. Very basic but delicious breakfast with freshly baked goodies.

The stay was horrible the Heat was not working in the room we let thé réception know but nothing was done , on the check out they strangly show us picture of damage bed before we leave the room we Check and everything was okay we did not get the deposit back i was very disapointed by this service in this hôtel I Will never go back there

You need to remove this hotel off your list. It is not worth your promotion. The hotel was dated. Customers service was terrible.

Je suis resté plus d une 1 h à attendre ma chambre car il y avait un problème informatique. J ai dû reporter un meeting. Même si ma chambre était prépayée impossible d y accéder. Seule moyen fut de laisser un dépôt cash de 250 $.

There’s a lot of security gards but they still didn’t take care of the people that were literally screaming until 6am.

The people staying at this hotel are SO noisy ALL NIGHT. The staff told us it would stop at 11 pm and when we asked them to make it stop they didn't do anything. They stopped answering our calls after two of them. Apart from that, the room was clean, no mold in the bathroom and no bed bugs. Though it was FREEZING cold, especially in the bathroom. We didn't have breakfast during our stay, we didn't know when and where it was and anyway the other reviews said the food wasn't good so we didn't bother. So in summary, we really didn't sleep well at all, everyone keeps banging on doors and screaming in the hallway and the staff doesn't do anything about it. The room was clean apart from under the bed and the bed itself I'd suppose, since there was a small stain on the sheet.

Nous avons dû attendre plus d’une heure pour avoir notre chambre car il y avait 15 personnes en file des clients ce sont fais dire que si ils n’étaient pas content ils avaient juste à partir il n’y avait pas de frigo dans notre chambre affaire qui devait contenir un micro-ondes qui lui était là mais pas le frigo donc très ordinaire alors qu’un motel offre ce genre de confort difficulté à être servie en Français aucun contrôle de la température dans les chambres il fessait 25 degrés dans la chambre sans compter le petit déjeuner qui n’en est pas un (pain extrêmement sécher et dure car il n’est pas couvert convenablement il n’y avait plus de lait ni de crème il a fallu que les gens le demande à plusieurs reprise il ne restait plus rien et très peut de choix du a l’achalandage de l’hôtel la vaisselle des gens traînaient partout sur les tables ainsi que la nourriture consommée par ceux-ci car il y avait seulement une petite poubelle métallique blanche près du buffet aucun employé pour nettoyer sauf deux femmes dans la cuisine qui parle à peine français et les murs ont des oreilles car on entend dans le corridor et à travers les murs des chambres voisine malgré que l’endroit soit quand même bien il y a beaucoup d’amélioration a faire et beaucoup a corriger !! C’est la première fois que je fais un commentaire de la sorte car habituellement tout est bien mais là sait la vérité de ce que j’ai vécu et constaté durant notre week-end!!

douche sans eau chaude , oreiller tellement usée que c’est l’équivalent d’une feuille de papier . Coulisse de moisissure dans les chambre et tache de sang sur la lampe de nuit … je déconseille

this was the worst experience at a hotel i ever had. check in took over an hour. don’t be fooled by the pictures of the rooms online and the renovated lobby because my room looked nothing like the pictures. the pillows weren’t even standard RECTANGULAR pillows, they were squares. the room had a horrible odour. the bed was either sunken in in the middle or just straight up broken. the room was OLD. when i asked for a room move, they said they wouldn’t do nothing and i could just leave. when i asked for a refund or some kind of compensation, they said no AND THEM tried to claim that there was evidence of smoking in the room WHEN I DID NOT. we smoked OUTSIDE the building, we did not violate any policies about smoking in the room. if the smell of smoke or weed was lingering on our clothes, that’s not our fault and does not mean we smoked in the room. so now they want to keep my $250 security deposit. this is such a HORRIBLE place. the staff is RUDE and just disappointed all around. NEVER EVER STAYING HERE AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU ALL DONT EITHER.

I am writing to let future guests aware that this hotel has broken thermostats in many of the kingsize bed rooms. I experience one night of hell in freezing temperatures (-21 outside with windchill) and the room was close to zero degrees- you could see your breath it was that cold. I complained to front desk but they said they could not switch my room as they were full. They offered a second blanket that was wet… I had to try to sleep in full clothes, hat, mitts, winter coat… it is illegal to sell rooms without heat and to top it off - they would not refund me for the night. Told me to write hotels.com which I did, but nobody got back to me about this dire health & safety concern. Many guests did not speak french or english as their first language so I fear many more were suffering from the lack of working heat. This oroperty needs to be inspected for Building Code and Health & Safety violations. (didn’t help there were gunshot holes in the front window either)

There was no heating in the room changed the room twice me and my wife actually got sick the corridors were more warm then the room i even complained so many times at the reception but the guy in the night said he can just change rooms at 1 am after confirming the hotel staff did not even award us 1 hour extra for checkout as we slept late with runny noses and headache instead they were like we can transfer your stuff to another guest suite and i was like no its fine you want us to leave we will. The bathroom was nice but the tiles were so cold and the pot was even so cold i didnt even take a dump in there
