The hotel was nice, although a bit of a older look to it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Near the water and a nice park and trail to walk around. Near lots of restaurants.

We were delighted to see what a lovely location we found ourselves in, very close to the beach and Stanly Park. services e.g. bus and taxi to get to the rest of Vancouver sites and cheap, especially the taxis. we loved having the kitchen but it wasn't well equipped with paltes bowls etc, but it was so good to be able to cook for ourselves. Lovely eateries all around. The service of the room was excellent. the Maids lovely and so good with cleaning etc.

Nicely located hotel at the English Bay. The room/suite was spacious enough for our party of five. However, it was a bit run down, with the appliances and installations in need of some maintenance. Moreover, there was a lot of noise from the street and the windows were paper thin. I guess the price is fair for central Vancouver, but still, with a bit more care and overhaul the place would definitely be more welcoming.

We had an amazing stay here! The place was absolutely spotless and incredibly clean from top to bottom. I loved that the kitchen came fully stocked—it had all the utensils, pots, and pans we needed to cook our own meals, which was a huge bonus. Best of all, it is just a short, easy walk to the beach. Perfect location, beautiful accommodations, and everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. Will definitely be back!

The hotel is situated in such a convenient location, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The beach is just across the road. The rooms are clean and spacious. It even comes with a kitchenette. Staff and management of the hotel are helpful and friendly.

Location is amazing, right in English Bay, steps from the beach and sea wall. Lots of restaurants. It was quiet while we were there during the weekdays, I assume it is much more lively on the weekends. The parkade is very small and the entrance from there into the hotel is a bit unpleasant but once inside the hotel lobby it is fine. The room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. The TV worked. We didn't really use the kitchen but there was a full kitchen in the suite. For the price, which was quite a bit lower than anywhere else, it was a good deal.

There was a very strong smell of an industrial type cleaner in the room. Very old carpet. Stove very old and falling apart. Window latch not working properly. Air conditioner behind window drapes. Temporary floor covering in front of the elevator. Overall a very poor stay in a hotel that was misrepresented in the advertising. I will never go back there.

Nice appartment hotel in a busy area but we cannot hear a thing with a room facing the back of the building. The building is old but the rooms are clean and spacious.

Awful. This hotel is in a great neighbourhood but it’s very run down, so old they use keys to get in the room door, cramped smelly hallways and rooms and icky elevator. I left and booked somewhere else.

Don't judge a book by its cover! English Bay is amazingly close to great food, the sea wall trail, and Stanley park. Fabulous location. It looks rough around the edges, but they are working on renovating the rooms. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Room ham ocean/beach view, older building but room was comfortable, clean, and had kitchen.. easy to get around and located in trendy area with many restaurants, grocery store only couple blocks away.. would stay their again

I would book again if I visit here in the future. Everything is good. If you are not picky about the remodeling, the hotel is worth to stay.

The hotel has an excellent location. It is walking distance to Stanley Park and very easy access to public transportation. That though is the only positive thing I can say. The hotel was filthy. The room was not made with towels on the floor and beds and made. We told them, and an hour two later the room was made up. That was the only time the cleaning crew came into the room over our four nights stay. They did not make the beds change the linens or the towels. And the towels were so old that they were falling apart. The bathroom was old and dirty. There was dust caked on to the walls. There was a fire door at the top of the stairway with the sign that said for fire protection the door must be closed at all times. I think I saw it closed one time over the four night stay. I was sadly disappointed.

The hotel was nice, although a bit of a older look to it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Near the water and a nice park and trail to walk around. Near lots of restaurants.

We were delighted to see what a lovely location we found ourselves in, very close to the beach and Stanly Park. services e.g. bus and taxi to get to the rest of Vancouver sites and cheap, especially the taxis. we loved having the kitchen but it wasn't well equipped with paltes bowls etc, but it was so good to be able to cook for ourselves. Lovely eateries all around. The service of the room was excellent. the Maids lovely and so good with cleaning etc.

Nicely located hotel at the English Bay. The room/suite was spacious enough for our party of five. However, it was a bit run down, with the appliances and installations in need of some maintenance. Moreover, there was a lot of noise from the street and the windows were paper thin. I guess the price is fair for central Vancouver, but still, with a bit more care and overhaul the place would definitely be more welcoming.

We had an amazing stay here! The place was absolutely spotless and incredibly clean from top to bottom. I loved that the kitchen came fully stocked—it had all the utensils, pots, and pans we needed to cook our own meals, which was a huge bonus. Best of all, it is just a short, easy walk to the beach. Perfect location, beautiful accommodations, and everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. Will definitely be back!

The hotel is situated in such a convenient location, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The beach is just across the road. The rooms are clean and spacious. It even comes with a kitchenette. Staff and management of the hotel are helpful and friendly.

Location is amazing, right in English Bay, steps from the beach and sea wall. Lots of restaurants. It was quiet while we were there during the weekdays, I assume it is much more lively on the weekends. The parkade is very small and the entrance from there into the hotel is a bit unpleasant but once inside the hotel lobby it is fine. The room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. The TV worked. We didn't really use the kitchen but there was a full kitchen in the suite. For the price, which was quite a bit lower than anywhere else, it was a good deal.

There was a very strong smell of an industrial type cleaner in the room. Very old carpet. Stove very old and falling apart. Window latch not working properly. Air conditioner behind window drapes. Temporary floor covering in front of the elevator. Overall a very poor stay in a hotel that was misrepresented in the advertising. I will never go back there.
