We loved our stay at Etoile! We were greeted with a lovely welcome basket of goodies, water, snacks and chocolates. The condo was spotless and stunning. A quick walk to the casino where you can catch the bus to the village was appreciated.. can have a few drinks and not worry! Will book again next time we visit Tremblant. Thank you for a great weekend!

AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM NOT WORKING. HAD TO SLEEP WITH WINDOWS OPEN WITH NO BUG SCREENS. JACUZZI OUT OF ORDER. NOT WORKING. WE WERE TOLD NO BARBEQUE, YET THERE WAS A BBQ EQUIPPED WITH PROPANE READY

Great customer service and even better property

It was absolutely perfect! Clean and fully equipped kitchen- more than I expected. Bed was very comfortable. Hot tub was up and running. It was very nice!

The pool at this time of the year is no open but the spa was suppose to be but no both were close. For the rest very nice condo.

Quiet location on the hillside. Clean with all the amenities you would expect in a rental property. A five minute walk to the casino and a 10 minute drive to the pedestrian village. Underground parking a bonus, especially when carrying up luggage.

Très agréable pour voyage en famille

Property is in great location and very well maintained. However, the management communication was very poor. Property management didnt have flexibility to pickup and drop off location and there was no communication of an "Iron man " event closures whicb caused us a delay of 7 hours wait and having to drive home during late night hours with next day work for most of us. Absolutely terribly managed event with 12 hours off no access out of Mont Tremblant which could easily have been avoided by having one-way traffice directed out if Mont Tremblant

Hot tub wasn’t operational although advertised. Henri made an exception for us and they allowed my guests to check in ahead of me which was accommodating. All around 8/10 property was impeccable and super fast to get onto the hill with zero wait. Would stay again for sure!
