so central, it was so nice to be able to pop in an out as needed without it hindering much time.

It was ok.

Odd musty smell developed along the outside wall of my room after a couple days of rain. Started getting a headache. Front desk was helpful with getting me in a new room after they tried using a room deodorizer. Hair in towels, scuffs on walls, drawers wouldn’t close fully, etc but the state of my second room was better, other than the temperature controls being physically broken on the AC unit (like the buttons got smashed too hard so the plastic failed, and there were holes where the buttons should have been).

Excellant rooms, very spacious and clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat,only complaint is pool closes early. I think 5 pm. That is not practical.

love location of property, pool area was being worked on so did not get a chance to use. However noticed fairly short duration for pool and hot tub opening. This could be improved.Parking was convenient ,Air conditioning worked well but hard to keep loft area cool enough.

The staff were excellent. Very polite and helpful. The rooms are a little worn, but then we had a pet room so cannot say how a regular room would be. It included a kitchenette and the bed was comfy and very clean. The ice machine was not working but the staff brought ice up right away. There is a $100 extra deposit for damage, that we were not aware of at booking, but no problem , it was returned. It is in an excellent location, so I would definitely recommend staying there

The toilet had urine all over it. The balcony had not been cleaned in some time. This left me deeply doubtful about the cleanliness of the entire unit. When we brought this to the front desk, she said they would take care of it that day. I would have expected it immediately!?! My husband heard two young men in the hall arguing about who she asked to clean it. When someone finally came in, he made us feel like it was an inconvenience—not impressed at all with this establishment. We asked to be refunded our money as we left the hotel. We were given the hotel Manager's email; we emailed him on July 22 but as yet have not heard a thing.

Rooms are spacious although somewhat awkwardly configured, particularly the loft bedroom. Bathroom walk in shower was nice, even though the bathroom door didn’t open or close properly. Otherwise the hotel is a prime location close to everything from lifts to hiking trails.

I rarely regret booking a hotel. I booked this one because of the location. The location was great, close to Whistler village center. But the hotel was BAD! Check in - you get this tiny corner that doesn't look like the check in counter. We arrived at 3 (check in was 4), and this guy was RUDE, saying well you got an email saying check in is not till 4, then STOP talking. I said yeah can I just park he said sure. We returned at 4 and the lady was much nicer. The room, OMG, I time travelled to 1985. There are 2 steps that I almost fell. There is a TV but no cable (what are we suppose to do with a TV with no cable?). AC turns itself on every 15 minutes so all night long we have BLASTING AC (BOOM turn itself on for 5 mins, then turn itself off, like those roadside motel with the 3 foot length AC unit, we tried adjusting the fan, the temp), or stuffy room. I cannot sleep at all. The fridge sings this low hum, there is this weird high pitch sound on the ceiling, it's like symphony all night long! The elevator and hallway is stuffy, it's like they compacted a hotel into a tiny space. Such a horrible hotel that we paid $370 per night for. Never again!
