Bed was a little hard and uncomfortable

Breakfast was just ok. Couldn’t toast the toast or bagels even tho we turned the unit up to the hottest setting.could have used some bacon…just not much choice on the hot foods. Otherwise a good selection of cold.

Property needs to be maintained

The hotel overcharged us by $40 and blamed a new system that they were implementing, After calling them, they advised that the ‘system’ was charging an additional $20 instead of crediting $20 for everyone. If they do this for everyone, they may be collecting significant additional revenue. They have reversed a $20 charge but have not reversed another $20. Bottom line, it seems up to customers to check their credit card postings but perhaps they are hoping that people won’t check.

Check in was a hassle. Took a while for the room keys to get programmed and then the next day they weren’t working..

Enjoyed our stay. Safe clean building with friendly staff. Room and property was clean! I recommend this property over the dated properties closer to the water. Well worth the cost difference. Breakfast area was more than accommodating as I arrived near the end of allotted time. Thanks for the hospitality.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The first two days, breakfast was acceptable. However, on Wednesday and Thursday, the situation deteriorated significantly. The staff appeared untrained, some equipment was unplugged, the food was cold, and basic items like plates were unavailable. On Thursday, the only option provided was a simple breakfast sandwich. This level of service does not reflect the standards typically associated with Marriott International. At the front desk, there were also ongoing issues with a new system. Staff frequently mentioned problems with it, and unfortunately this resulted in billing errors, including a double charge. I was also not provided with a proper receipt, which made it difficult to submit my expenses. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, mainly due to service and operational issues that should be addressed.

Wasn’t skiing

Excellent and very helpful staff especially during time of inclement weather conditions. Would highly recommend.

The guest computer was unusable because no staff knew the password, so the Front Desk had to help me print something while already busy with guests. A five-minute task took nearly thirty minutes. The next morning there was no hot water and the body wash dispenser was empty. As a Bonvoy member, it was also disappointing not to earn points on a rate that was $30 higher than the walk-in price. Overall, a very disappointing stay

Place was nice some staff were nice others were ok

Supposed to be a snowmobile friendly hotel, not so much

Courteous staff, clean facilities, even cleared snow from our car after snow storm

The rooms are a bit outdated, but very clean and comfortable
