Great rooms, friendly staff, poor breakfast

Staff were great - happy to have stayed there

There was no coffee or juice one morning. The food was under and over cooked. The selection was very limited

Clean and tidy. Affordable and the hot tub is a bonus

We’ve been here several times. Always great for our family.

Grandkids had a blast on the waterslide.

I called this hotel twice to confirm the pool would be open for my daughter and her friends (literally the only reason we booked here). I was guaranteed it would be open while we were there - when in fact it was closed and they weren’t able to swim. She was disappointed as this was one of the main “events” for her little party.

We stayed here a few years back and were happy with our stay, however did not have the same experience this go around. We were met by a rude front desk agent while inquiring about the possibility of an early check in, after being abruptly told no, we left to run some errands until after 4pm for check in. The front desk agent has switched out and the new agent was lovely and check in went smoothly. Our interaction with staff from there onward was pleasant. Our room was a standard room, however the cleanliness was lacking. There were various black hairs in the bathtub ( which I had to clean prior to my child bathing), a pink smear of something on the toilet tank next to the flusher handle and mold and mildew on the tub tiles. We found a sharp pin sticking up in the carpet between the two beds, thankfully we were wearing slippers and nobody stepped on it. The swimming pool was the main reason for our stay, however we found literal piles of dirt / sand prominent in the hot tub, which frankly grossed me out, and the pool had an “oily” looking film on it, and chemicals so strong both my kids left with red itchy skin. Breakfast was nice, lots of selection and nice qualify food. The location was really convenient for us also, however if they don't step up the cleanliness and maintenance, we likely will try to find somewhere else to stay next time.

Old uncomfortable mattress that was badly sagging. Pretty generic outdated hotel besides that. Worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed at. Not worth the $!

Room was clean and comfortable and the lady at the front desk who we checked in with was top notch.

Staff bent over backwards to be pleasant and accommodating!!
