Place was great, clean and beautiful. Customer service was not the greatest, although responsive via Whatsapp. I called to give one of the customer service some feedback on how my check-in could have been better and it felt as if I was talking to myself whereas if I was a business owner and someone gave me some feedback I would at least acknowledge it and ensure the customer feels heard - the rep just shifted blame onto Expedia. I have since resorted to using other facilities when I visit Hamilton.

The location is good, nice restaurants close by, dog park, LCBo, Beer Store I have booked this location in the past and never paid the $75 surcharge. It's overpriced at that

Nice property, in a neighborhood I grew up in as a a kid. The building was a textile factory that closed in the 50’s and has been brought up to date. Key pad at the entry didn’t work so a small delay getting in the building. Wonderful stay at a really cool place but the mattresses were uncomfortable and should be updated.

Very cozy and unique building!

The hosts are extremely polite and quick to reply to any messages. The style and design of the units is way above there competition.

Lots of space and kitchen.... the only thing which was bothering us was bad smell in the unit. We had most of the time windows open to air it out but couldn't fully change the air. We couldn't figure out what the bad smell was so we suggest someone going there to check if there is mold or something like that... otherwise amazing stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Dundurn lofts. The unit was clean, well organized and comfortable. I would stay there again. One window behind the sofa was not closing properly and so little cold air was coming in. Loft area was a bit warm. New batteries were needed in the TV remote. these were minor issues

The property management is very quick, and professional , with responding to any inquires. The property itself , is unique very European and has many more upgrades then the other hotels in the area.

The property is unique with style. It’s got so much more quality with the rooms compared to any hotel.

The layout and design of the building is beautiful. There is no concierge onsite but the management is a phone call away and extremely quick at rectifying any problems.

This is not a hotel, they are infected and scammers They do not have an information desk, I wasted my money and did not get a room . GLOBALSTAY and Hotels.com are scammers

The location was perfect for what I was looking for. The access to a gym was a pivotal point for me in picking the place. I would most like to stay here again when I visit family in the area.

My husband stayed here while working in the Hamilton area. He was accused of stealing one of their old blankets and scratching two of their used pots. For that they want to charge me $225. They did this after I cancelled an extended stay. The pot & pans are old and used, but I scratched them using them twice?! They insisted they were brand new but cannot provide any receipts for them. Their blanket was not in the room when he arrived, the only person who had been in their prior were the previous guests, who checked out that morning, and the cleaning lady...but my husband was the one who "stole" it. It wasn't there to steal, and they can't prove it was even in the unit. All they have is a pillow case that matches it... and it's ugly so why would we steal something when we can buy a brand new one? The cleaning is a joke, found dirty socks and a pacifier in the couch, all the linens & towels were left in the washing machine for me to remove and make the bed. I'm so disgusted by this place, we've never been accused of anything so ridiculous. I had even recommended this place to my company to use for out of town guests and now that's not going to happen. Apparently he was supposed to take pictures of the dishes, pots & pans that are in the unit, so you can prove that you didn't destroy them. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

The unit is a nice size (2 b'room loft). Parking is easy and convenient. It is in the west end of Hamilton and very convenient to downtown restaurants, etc. This now my preferred place to stay in Hamilton.

Tons of room!

Condo is well laid out in a good area. However, it suffers from lack of maintenance (loose fixtures, broken dishwasher and average cleanliness). Process to register and verify identity is onerous and time consuming. An additional damage deposit was required. It is much simpler with a hotel.
