Good location, had everything we needed.

Clean, suited my needs, great experience.

Check in was quick and easy, the area was very convenient. Clean and comfortable.

Great location, but apartment wasn’t very clean. Carpet was stained and there was someone else’s hair left in the shower. Not worth the money we spent on it.

The property is incredibly well located, but checkin instructions were incomplete/misleading and the checkin process was incredibly slow and drawn out, including the door being locked upon arrival when the property manager had confirmed it would be open and unlocked. The solution provided was to download an app to be able to unlock the door from my phone, which took over 15 minutes as I had only a weak signal. All said and done, checkin took nearly 45 minutes, with 20+ minutes spent waiting outside the door with a tired group including my toddler. The space itself was shabby but tolerable, with stained carpeting, tarnished walls with visible handprints, and subpar furnishings. Together with the terrible checkin process, I'd give 1 star if not for the incredible convenience of the location.

Nice location but parking fees are crazy as there is always an event nearby and they tack a $40 Event fee onto the parking when there is one. Room was clean and access worked well to get into it.

Not clean, smoke odour Dirty bed sheets

Booked it through Expedia and thought it was a hotel, wasn’t clear that it was more or less an Airbnb. I had to contact the owner to get the key and entry code. I thought we were staying at a hotel.

Very safe secure building with a great view, super close to everything

Easy instructions also scotiabank arena was within walking distance. Great view of cn tower. If i ever come back to toronto ill be coming back here. Thank you 😊

Easy communication between the renter and I. Place was perfect for down town events, walking distance to almost everything, and a stones throw from union station.

We had a very last minute change to our original plans and I was able to book promptly. The person I spoke to helped me with location, and although the original room we booked was not able to be booked due to maintenance issues, I was able to get another room booked immediately and just next door to the original location. He answered my calls immediately and checked in with us to ensure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciate his help and the support that he gave for us!

good place to stay

I had a fantasy stay at this property. The property was cute, cozy and clean. The location was amazing! We went for the Toronto maple leafs playoff game and it was nice to walk out and be in the middle of everything already. We really enjoyed our stay! Definitely booking here again

Stuff was left behind in the room from previous people that stayed there. It’s a nice room but the balcony is very small and hard to get to, have to squeeze between the door and railing. Overall, had a pleasant stay.
