The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was appreciated and even moreso was the fact they served gluten free bread and toasted it in a separate toaster. On top of that, I woke to look out and see one of the staff cleaning the snow off my car. Thank you for a great stay. I will definitely be back.

Very clean room, staff are great! Perhaps adding a little cheese in the omelettes on the breakfast buffet would be a wonderful opportunity. Holiday Inn Express across the street has cheese in their omelettes. Otherwise Hampton Inn has exceeded our standards, even though they had a huge group of kids and families occupying a large amount of rooms at the hotel. Housekeepers are friendly, reception staff are very helpful, Wonderful Job!

The staff is so amazing here. From the amazing woman who looks after the breakfast. To the cleaning staff who made sure my daughter teddy bear was properly attended to. The gentleman who looks after the grounds who was there early to brush snow off of everyone’s vehicles.

Breakfast was hot. It was very clean. Our issue was with the bathroom - the tub faucet was shooting water in all directions. The shower head was cheap. Later we realized that the shower water traveled through the wall and onto the carpet. My granddaughters feet and slippers were very wet. I reported it through text and they eventually called and offered a new room but we were settled in.

I was unable to check in due to them not accepting a visa gift card. I forgot my Visa so I purchased a prepaid card to secure the room. They would not accept that at the front desk and I was unable to get my money redeemed.

When we checked in we were told it was $75 for our dog service fee plus $100 deposit. However when talking via chat they told us 75 dollar deposit for pet. We have screen shot of chat log from the app. We explained but the so called manager wouldnt help us. False advertising! In addition, the breakfast which was advertised as diamond class was medicre at best. No bacon, sausages were old and rubbary, coffee was gross.
Bad would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. Our suite was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only issue were people running down the halls and yelling at 12:30 am. The staff did their best I believe to make them stop but weren’t successful in doing so. The breakfast wasn’t the best.

Lack of hot water at any yime of the day. Couldn't shower and couldn't use the in bedroom jacuzzi tub because the water wasn't warm enough. The tub was the selling point for this room but couldn't be used

The Staff were very friendly. The Room was clean. Having a single elevator with a full hotel was inconvenient as it seemed we were constantly waiting for the single elevator that remained in use. Under normal circumstances at most hotels this would have been treated with a greater degree of urgency rather than go days with it being out of operation. It would be difficult for this hotel's senior management to justify this inaction.
