Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Moncton

Room was clean and very spacious. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay! It met all my expectations

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Moncton and had a very upsetting experience. What began as a disagreement between children at the swimming pool escalated because one parent became aggressively involved without, to my knowledge, any adult having fully witnessed what happened. A mother loudly accused my stepson and his friend of biting her daughter’s foot. Instead of calmly speaking to the families involved or asking staff to help assess the situation, she began yelling at the boys in front of many other guests at the pool. When I asked my partner to see what was happening, he approached in an attempt to understand the situation and de-escalate it. Instead, the mother became belligerent, repeated the accusations, and then went to the front desk and tried to have us removed from our room. During this confrontation, she also told me to “go back to my home country,” which was deeply offensive and unacceptable. I tried to explain that one of our children had a swollen lip while her daughter appeared to have only a scratch on her toe, suggesting that the events may not have happened the way she was claiming. Rather than discuss it calmly, she continued screaming profanities in front of guests and staff. Later, after we had gone for a walk with our dog and returned to the hotel, the situation escalated again. Experience was great and staff were super helpful!

Kitchen had a variety of breakfast options, plenty of seating. Pool area was great, kids loved the slide.

Rooms are not sound proofed . Next room guests ( a couple) kept us awake till midnight. We heard literally everything .It was so embarrassing and disturbing specially when you were with kids . Complained to the staff multiple times but nothing changed. Offered us to move to a different

They only had one Elevator working, and the pool temp was cold. But other than that we had a great stay. Fuller pillows would be better.

Clean big rooms and great staff. Continental breakfast was pretty bad though and only one elevator worked the whole weekend

Though the kids loved the pool, the room was disgusting. Which is probably the best description. All our towels had massive brown marks ( we called down multiple times, no one ever brought new ones) we had zero hot water and was told to just wait it out. Our fridge died which we were told sometimes that happens and all my breast milk for my baby went bad, and to top it off we were told a crib in our room was a fire hazard and denied until i spoke and pleaded with management. Staff was rude, incoherent and ignorant, i will never recommend this hotel and we will never be back.
