Everything was very good for my stay.

I like the coziness of the property. Staff responded very promptly to my inquiries. Issues I had were that the pictures that were shared and posted online were completely different than the actual place. Pictures online seem much more modern than the actual place although the actual place was fine aesthetically. House could have better lighting. Rooms just had a single lamp for the most part. Shower was a bit small. Beds were hard with minimal padding but they weren’t terrible to sleep on. Windows did not open at all and there are very few vents in the house so not much ventilation. House was fairly close to attractions for the price.

Poussière sur les meubles, un peu de moisissure autour du bain, ampoule manquante pour une lampe, la nourriture gèle dans le frigo même si on ajuste le thermostat. Probablement que ce studio n'a pas été utilisé depuis l'été. Aucun ustensile pour cuisiner : spatule, cuillère de service. Lit et oreillers confortable, suffisamment de vaisselle et chaudron propre. Le personnel courtois et efficace. Endroit tranquille que je recommande malgré les quelques inconvénients

Très bel appartement, très calme et propre. Cuisine très bien équipée. Un petit soucis en arrivant, on a dû faire le lit dans le salon pour la 3ème personne. Mais on a réussi à trouver les draps dans le placard.

One the good side, the room was clean (nice bedsheets, nice clean and fluffy towels), the instructions to get into the parking, and in the apartment were fine (even though it’s quite maze if you don’t know the place). The apartments are located at a 10-mn drive from the wildlife area. BUT: The studio didn’t look AT ALL like the pictures! It was dark and old, it seemed made with old second-hand pieces of furniture and mismatched decor. The corridors were full of dirt. The light in the kitchen didn’t work. The fireplace was out of service. The stores were hard to use and could not be fully opened, the window was broken and there was an invasion of bugs coming in from the crack (we had to put a towel in the crack so the bugs wouldn’t fly into the room). Cherry on the cake: The indoor swimming pool was not on site but at a 3-minute drive from the apartment. It was supposed to be a first romantic getaway and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed.

Le lit trop petit ; format double. Il faudrait au minimum un format queen. Divan lit creux… Pas de cafetière filtre. Un Keurig avec 3 capsules. Manque un peu de modernité (mobilier, foyer, salle de bain). Note générale : Bien (3,5*).

Il y avait plusieurs cheveux sur le draps, je n’étais pas sûre que les draps avaient été changé avant notre arrivée.

Tout était super ! L’arrivée est simple et la méthode de récupération des clés est facile. Vérifier bien vos courriels puisque toutes les marches à suivre y sont inscrits. La chambre était propre et malgré l’occupation élevée de l’hôtel, c’était très tranquille!

Not as the pictures show. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Small TV with limited options.

Very hard to find in the evening as there was snow outside light. Also no dish soap for the dishes. Limited dishes so eating was hard for the family. No indoor pool as they claim. No support as they don't reply to emails or phone. Would not recommend unless desperate

Conveniently located small condo. Could have used a few more wine glasses but other than that worked out just fine.

Property was very clean and good price too. The staff is very friendly too.

Beautiful place to stay

Great place to stay! Neat and clean, there are market and restaurantes close by and the view of the mountains are stunning. And there’s free parking.
