Your team (staff) are exceptional. I participated in a symposium where many folks where made to fill safe to express who they are authentically. Your staff welcomed us and made us feel seen. I love staying here. This time I was disappointed as I forgot my phone charger and die to the hotel not being updates there was no option to plug my phone cord into any outlet. When I asked the front desk he just replayed saying they have regular outlets and that’s all. I had to sit in my car at night to charge my phone .

Nice property and friendly staff. It wasn’t busy but seemed noisy…dogs barking in rooms, lots of noise from outside room late into the evening and again early in the morning. May only affect rooms on the ground floor but didn’t make for a great experience in the evening. Adamo winery was excellent!

There was a delay in checking in, as the room was not ready. The staff indicated that we would receive a text when to obtain the key. The text never came. The room that was booked was not available, so they had to accommodate in another room that was similar. The fireplace did not work, despite numerous attempts.

Room was drab…bathroom was not clean …didn’t make up the bedroom when we were out and left dirty mugs in the room. Breakfast was cold .. staff at the front desk were unhelpful and had a poor and unhelpful attitude .. was not worth the money … the property has definitely one downhill under current ownership

Staff were excellent. Food was outstanding! Nice amenity options. Room showed some wear and tear. Would be nice if they had a room with activities for older kids like pool/ping pong table etc. Spa is great. Would have like more pressure applied during my treatment as I didn't get out as much as I would have liked.

Its close to Toronto which is great and the food on the resort is very good but this place gets 3 stars because the room power tripped when the heater and hair dryer was on and the heater made a very loud noise. The front desk staff was brand new and didn’t know much about the resort.

The place is beautiful….did not like the bathroom, first didn’t have a shower curtain, the tub was pretty unsafe to stand in, and the toilet was way too low and uncomfortable to flush… loved the bedroom being its own room and the furniture was really nice.

Our stay at the Hockley Valley Resort was quiet, for the wedding we were attending and quite pleasant. The room was very comfortable although showing definite signs of wear and tear..... also the bath and shower area appeared renovated , we could have tripped over the wrinkles in the carpet. The check-in procedure could have been streamlined immensely. Although promised, check in staff neglected to notify us when our room was ready and we had to kill 3 hours in the restaurant prior to room availability.

The spa is fabulous but outdated. I have been coming to the spa for 12 years and it’s looking tired. The staff however were top notch. The rooms are a bit dated as well and so is the carpet square in the elevator. The Cabin restaurant was excellent with fresh , local items on the menu. Again, the staff in the restaurant was fantastic.
