Great stay indeed.

Staff was great. Room is clean. Pillows are great.

Our toilet was plugged and couldn’t be fixed with a plunger, so we had to be moved to another room.

Room is cozy, clean and warm. Staff are very supportive and friendly. Will definitely come back!

Horrid customer service, the rooms are old and gross, pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable.

The rooms are great and appear to be recently updated. However, my experience with the front desk was extremely disappointing. I requested a room close to the doors because I had a service dog, but I was placed at the very end of the hall. The people I was travelling with who booked after me were given rooms much closer to the entrance. I also asked for a 6:00 AM Alberta time wake up call. Instead, the front desk repeatedly called my room at 5:00 AM and hung up. When I called to ask why, the staff member insisted it was my 6:00 AM wake up call, even though it was clearly an hour early. She didn’t seem to understand what I was trying to explain, and in the end, I never received the proper wake up call at all. This was extremely unprofessional. Not everyone staying here is on vacation I work on the road and rely on proper rest. This experience made my stay far more stressful than it needed to be

hotel was clean. disappointed though that the hotel could not follow through with wake up calls to our room at 6am for our hockey team, that was unfortunate. great location tho and nice city.

Showed up to a lobby entrance with garbage piled up 3 ff higher than the garbage. The hotel was dirty. Pool had lots of debris in the corners same as the hot tub. There was toothpicks scattered on the hallway floor from the pool back to the lobby ( debated on wearing no shoes back up to hotel room after swimming but was grossed out by the garbage in the hallway) Some of the staff were amazing but the overall guest quality was horrible. There was zero oversite regarding the pool area. Large groups drinking and screaming. Kids piling down the slide like a zoo. One kid almost broke his leg. When talked to about it the drunk mom tried to fight my wife. The room was uncleaned clean. If that makes any sense. There was a led light from the building across that was so bright we had to keep the blinds closed. The light displayed nasty streaks on our window. The beds were well worn. Divots where people would sit and watch tv. No real place to sit otherwise. The beds were so bad you didn’t need an alarm clock to wake up your sore body from the bed did that. I would not recommend this place nor would I ever stay there again.

This hotel was very clean, and the staff were all friendly and kind. It is just off of the main road, so easy to locate. Parking was plentiful, even while pulling a trailer. My room was cozy and a nice size. I would have liked a place to sit, other than the office chair, but it worked. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean. Breakfast was hot and refilled promptly. Laundry on site was clean and ran very well. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. We will definitely be staying when we're in Lloydminster again.
