It is a quaint, character hotel in an older building; the rooms are charming and very clean. Upon arrival, we found our room to be a bit small for our liking, so the owner quickly arranged an upgrade for us to a considerably bigger very nice room on the main floor. I would definitely stay here again.

Great reception. The lady in the entrance explained us very detailed the instructions and give us also tips for parking our car outside premises.

Where do I start. Our room had no handle on the inside of the bathroom, so no one could use the bathroom without needing to be let out by another person in the room (extremely inconvenient!). Our dead bolt was also broken and we felt extremely unsafe. When we brought these issues up to the hotel manager he did nothing to accommodate us for these inconveniences. He told us he was fully aware of these issues and if we had brought them up sooner he would have switched our room but why would he put us in a broken room to begin with?!

This hotel is in a great part of the city. The hotel is ok. Very small room, no decor, on third floor - lots of stairs. Breakfast was ok continental. Street parking was a concern due to the massive snowstorm.

Staff was so friendly, and the hotel was super sweet. My room was great, though I couldn't find the remote to the TV... but nonetheless! Was perfect for the time I was there. The only complaint I have is that the stairs to get into the hotel are classic Montreal and a tad steep. We got quite a lot of snow while I was visiting and the steps weren't shoveled very well. So walking up and down was a bit cumbersome and worrying.

Very nice area, not too busy and loud. Rooms are like European hotels, small with a cozy vibe. Staff are friendly and I'd stay again. Price was nice as well.

La chambre etait très propre , les couvertures sentaient bonnes. Le personnel super gentil . L'ambiance etait tranquille et agréable. Le petit dejeuner est compris entre 7h30 et 10h00. C'etait excellent ! Petit café, croissant, style petit buffet . Je recommande. Le seule bémol je dirais c' est quil n' y a pas de parking . Il faut en trouver sur la rue .

L’accueil est agréable. La chambre est petite mais suffisante pour un court séjour ( pièce avec juste le lit et salle de bain). L’isolation est mauvaise, on entend chaque personne montée et descendre les escalier et circuler dans les couloir.
Le petit déjeuner et très sommaire, peu de choix.
A noter que le restaurant n’est pas ouvert.
Attention, une grosse caution débitée est demander à l’arrivée et le remboursement est lancé le jour du départ.

It’s a quaint hotel but our room’s AC was broken, a bed light had no bulb and the tv remote did not work. We asked the night manager to help but he said he had no batteries for remote nor any lightbulbs. He also could not fix the AC. With the price of the room, you would think those items could have been fixed.
