Hotel Louisbourg

Everything was overall horrible. I want a refund for the stay. Staff was rude, amenities were broken. No breakfast was provider even though we got vouchers.

Vraiment bien

The room was clean, utilitarian with a bit of charm. Location is everything here, and as a solo female I felt comfortable and safe. I could not figure out how to turn lights on in the upper stairwells, so that was not ideal carrying luggage to the 4th floor. Bring your own toiletries. Enjoy the proximity to beautiful Vieux-Quebec!

The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Be aware that the restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday so no breakfast in those days. There were a few lights out in common areas. Location is excellent.

La chambre n’était très propre. Le miroir avait des traces de doigts, de la poussière sur les meubles et même un bout de faux cils sur la table de chevet. Par contre la salle de bain très propre et les lits aussi. Tout ce fait à pied, donc si vous êtes vraiment en visite pour être à visite la ville c’est parfait pour le prix. Nous avons eu un beau séjour.

Hésitant entre 3 ou 4 je suis allé avec un 4. Il est difficile de rejoindre une personne par téléphone. Il n'y a pas de stationnement et il est à vous de trouver. Les heures d'acceuil sont limitées. Par.contre l'employé fut cordial et a procédé à l'enregistrement. Le restaurant n'était pas ouvert le matin. L'emplacement est bien et près de la Grande-Allée, du château et du vieux Québec La.chambre était petite, propre, frigo bruillant et le chauffage également.

Nous avons rencontré quelques petites lacunes à notre arrivée. Le ménage de la première chambre laissait à désirer : salle de bain non nettoyée, de longs cheveux au sol ainsi que des poils dans le lit. Bref, la chambre ne semblait pas avoir été faite. Toutefois, malgré l’heure tardive (10 h le soir), le service a été excellent. La personne au bout du fil a été très professionnelle et chaleureuse, et a immédiatement fait le nécessaire pour nous changer de chambre. La nouvelle chambre était parfaite : propre, bien entretenue et conforme à nos attentes. Petit bémol pour ceux qui ont plusieurs appareils électroniques : il n’y a pas beaucoup de prises de courant, et la connexion Internet fonctionne moyennement. Le point fort demeure l’emplacement, idéal pour visiter le Vieux-Québec à pied. Le petit restaurant inclus dans la réservation est très bien, mais la prochaine fois, je choisirai probablement un déjeuner sur deux. À noter également que ce n’est pas un hôtel avec du personnel disponible 24 h/24 ; c’est un établissement plus autonome, ce qui peut convenir ou non selon vos besoins.

Nice and bright room, small, but unique , it had a stone wall and fire place. We stayed 4 nights, no room service, but we didn’t find it a problem. For extra coffee, we went to the hotel reception in next building and ask for it. The location of the hotel was the most important. The hotel is very close to all tourist attractions. The hotel has no elevator, you have to take the stairs. We would stay there again.The price was right and the location fantastic

La chambre était très froide, pas de chauffage en fin octobre. Pas moyen de la partir. Nous n’avons même pas pris de douche tellement c’était trop froid

The toilet must be properly cleaned with no stain.

The best location. The only problem I had was the heat thermostat never came on and it wasn't working. Room temperature was a constant 63F. Chilly at night.

Breakfast was the highpoint. Very shabby, not for anyone with mobility issues.

This hotel was in a very convenient location. There was a garbage in the hallway that hadn’t been emptied in the 4 days we were there. The bed was comfortable and the room had charm due to the exposed stone walls. The bathroom tap did not turn off. It continually dripped. I had a shower and realized there was no hair dryer. Because there is no one on site it was suggested we couldn’t get one till late afternoon as they had no spare. I suggested they get one from an unoccupied room and replace that one which they did. We were aware that parking was not available on site and you were on your own. We drove around for 40 minutes trying to find the parking garage. Providing a small map with directions it would have been so easy. It was so close but not well marked. The person at reception upon arrival was not very helpful.
