Hotel PUR, Quebec, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

My husband and I loved our stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and acted promptly. The view from our room was just fabulous. Highly recommended!!

Great staff, clean room and view. Comfy beds. Spacious room. Only complaint is the too staffed hard pillows. Not used to sleeping so high up. The neck hurts. And I’d recommend switching to allergy free synthetic pillows and blanket instead of real down filling. It’s not for everyone.

I didn't take full advantage of all the amenities that they offer at this hotel, so I can't write as thorough of a review as I might have otherwise, but I did enjoy my stay. The staff were very helpful. My room was clean and it was quiet, for the most part - some street noise did leak through, but it wasn't anything excessive or unexpected for a location like that, and it was quiet at night. The bed was super comfortable, as were the pillows. The location's pretty nice, as well - the hotel's adjacent to Old Quebec and is within easy walking distance of many restaurants and cafes, and also the bus lines that take you to tourist locations deeper into Old Quebec. I'd definitely stay here again. The only small items that I'd note as a point off are that the bathroom didn't have a fan and the toilet was functional, but seemed like it was in need of an upgrade. Also, the lampshade over the easy chair was cockeyed and the bulb wouldn't quite screw in, so the lamp there wasn't functional. These are small things, though, and overall my stay was very pleasant.
