We had such an excellent stay! The staff were super helpful (thanks Jessica on the front desk!). Two things stood out....first, we asked if there was a spot to keep a freezer pack frozen, and it was no bother at all, it was stored in the staff freezer. Second, we asked if it was possible to do a late check out and they was accommodated no problem at all. The room was lovely. Very clean, spacious, good vibes. Check in process was smooth. We had complimentary coffee with non-dairy milk optio a for the French press in the room. And we had our dog with us, and it was a great process to have her needs met. We didn't check out the pool because it was closed for maintenance while we were there. Extra bonus was having The Ruby on site for brunch. We had planned to meet friends for brunch there and had no idea that it was actually at the hotel! Wins all round. Thanks for a great stay Hotel Zed...and thanks for being a really wonderful pet friendly option. We'll be back!

Fun place to stay and enjoyed the decor. The French press for coffee was great and thanks for providing real cream! And loved the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. All at a very low cost. I’ll be back!
