The lady that checked us in was awesome. No elevator and our second floor room wasn’t what my new knee wanted to hear, but this young lady offered and alternate room. We wanted the business room we reserved, so she helped us carry everything up and even gave us a closer parking spot to help my knee problem. She was so kind. The breakfast was great and so was the young lady that served us. We complimented the two ladies when talking to the manager and when we checked out, the manager helped us carry everything down. The room was great and the stay was excellent, especially due to the staff. A+++++ in all regards. We will definitely stay there again.

*BED BUG surprise. Not pleasant to find crawling the sheets. We were not able to be accommodated elsewhere. Staff friendly, but otherwise choose elsewhere. Parking was very limited, especially if you have a trailer. The bar venue next door had the lot and surrounding streets full. Breakfast provided okay.

I have stayed at this hotel many times with glowing reviews with only one small issue of the perfume scent in the rooms. This stay was not good. I booked a room that was on their 2nd floor when checking the reception asked if we would like to change to the main floor which the entrance to room is from the outside where you could park right in front of, (motel) instead as their elevator was out of service, we asked if there was an extra charge , she stated yes 10.00 dollars but would not charge us, so we figured “great, why not”! Well wishing “not”. 1st it was very cold and door would alarm as it censored it was not closed, called front desk to fix, they did send a maintenance person right away but could not fix fully, it stopped alarming if you were inside and locked the dead bolt but would still alarm when we left for the day. 2.Very loud neighbours at 2am loud tv then talking over the tv and going outside to smoke and their door alarm would go off, called the front desk asked if we could change rooms in the morning they stated the neighbours are checking out in the morning . 3. Had to put pillows and blankets on the bottom of the door as the cold air was blowing in and had frost build up, we did turn the heat up but the supper dry and uncomfortable. 4. You could hear everyone slamming g there doors to try not to have the sensors go off .Very dissatisfied this stay/experience, next time will definitely only stay on second floor (hotel part) or try the super 8 beside them.

great Value for the money paid but the carpet in the common area really needed some care same for bathroom and table.

Great staff, clean and color full room and the Bar/restaurant on the first is a great add on

Room was just ok but we had to complain more than once about the people in next room and nothing changed breakfast was good staff was good

The staff has been trained to lie to customers. There is a vibration in the building that goes 100% of the time. They staff are trained to tell you it's dryer and policy is to shut off in the afternoon, so you stay and not cancel. They walls vibrate they then vibrate the pictures etc.

Beautiful place but it can get scary at night due to the liquor store/bar near the entrance of the hotel. We were seeing people argue, yell and fight from our window lol but other than that, we had a good stay, staff were helpful and respectful, and the hotel room has everything you’d need

The room was very reasonably priced and the location was excellent. Being right off of Portage and close to the Perimeter Highway it was easy to find. The breakfast was fantastic and the room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk manager was very friendly, helpful. Room was clean, comfy beds.

the room was excellent, clean, quiet and very easily accessible to stay on the main floor . we were put in the main hotel first but we were accomodated and put on main floor. thank you
