Hôtel Centre-Ville

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l'Hôtel Centre-Ville, bien situé, la chambre était très propre et actualisée, l'accueil est chaleureux et courtois. Merci!

Was an English speaking client in a very French area . The effort that was put out to communicate with us was amazing. Thank you for your patience and translation for us .

Everything was good it's not the first time I stay there I love going there always a good reception Restaurant and Bar in the place so that's convenient and nice restaurants around

À l'arrivée, la personne responsable au check-in, très professionnel et sympathique. Chambre 126 très propre, plancher froid mais 1er étage en hiver, je considère que c'est normal au Québec (nous étions 3 personnes, 2 adultes et 1 enfant dans la chambre avec seulement un lit queen, nous étions au courant lorsque nous avons réservé, nous avons donc apporté un matelas simple gonflable pour notre fille, elle a eu un peu froid par contre malgré le sleeping qu'on avait apporté) Lit et oreillers très confortable, ce ne sont pas tout les hôtels qui possèdent cette qualité malheureusement (c'est un plus)... Séjour court mais agréable pour une nuit. Merci pour votre hospitalité 😊

The property was great but the main reason we rebooked here was the reception we got from Samantha ... she was very knowledgable and helpful. We will stay here every time now as a mis stop between Ontario and the Maritimes ...

This was the first time travelling with grandkids (10 and 15) ... we got the large room and everything was perfect. Very quick to register and English was very good ... Samantha at check in was awesome ... she had all the right answers to my questions (where to get best pizza rtc!) ... It was because of her we stopped and got the same room on the way back from our trip to the Maritimes ... it will now be our mid way stop every trip down home!

L'emplacement de la réception était négligée, l'accessibilité à la chambre ordinaire et insonorisation médiocre. La chambre était propre mais les photos ne sont pas représentative des lieux.

Nothing great here…all average, not really value for money.

Staff were helpful, bilingual and accommodating! Rooms were clean and quiet.

Front desk staff at night and in the morning were very friendly and welcoming.

Clean room….. Very quiet as we were at back of building. Check in was great …..nice helpful reception. Had a bar attached….restaurant closed on Monday
