Did not expect different at this low cost. Ok for one night. Clean bed.

La première douche il avais de l'eau partout du a la douche brisé il avait de l'eau jusqu'a la sale commune et ont n'avait pas d'eau chaude d'ans l'autre

The staff left and nobody was at checkout. I told the man my key didn’t work for the second bathroom and he didn’t fix it. No ac or air in dorms and no paper towel or dryer in bathroom. I get it’s a hostel but it felt rundown and neglected. How is there not a staff overnight? Not safe!

There were only 2 washrooms and 2 showers for the entire hostel so they were usually busy.

Todo mal con la propiedad, porfavor si pueden evitar quedarse ahi haganlo, hay uno de su personal que te atiende de mala gana, te hace caras, te habla feo, el lugar no es como las fotos, nada que ver, no hay mesa de billar, espacios chicos, sucios, da asco, nos sacaron las cosas del locker mietras estabamos fuera y al regresar no sabian nada, tardaron horas en darnos solución

Laundry services is not easily available (there is not nearby laundry shop but around kilometet away and electric port is only in the common arr not in the pod however the frontdesk is accommodating. The pod is nice and lightings and ventilation are good. Comforrability to sleep is fine.

Hygie Hostel was okay, but not as advertised. The “door” to the pod was just a paper curtain, which is very different from what was shown in the pictures. It didn’t feel secure or private at all — definitely not somewhere I would be comfortable letting my daughters stay.

It was simple and clean and the staff was noice - location is really great! Good spot for just sleeping and taking shower (I wouldn't stay more than a night or 2 here but will 100% come back!)

Broken shower meaning we were unable to clean ourselves during this stay. The shower head had fallen off and was on the floor. The base of the shower had also recently been ‘repaired’ with duct tape, which barely covered the seal at the base of the shower. There were multiple holes in the pillow cases, which were also dirty. The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. There was exposed wires in our room, a blatant lack of safety protocols were followed. The signage for the room was hand written on paper, resembling signage that had been put together by a child. Duct tape all over the handles and locks of the doors. Overall a very bad experience, so much so that we had to book a different hotel for our second night. I expect a full refund for such a terrible experience. If you would like me to provide photos of all of the issues mentioned, I am more than happy to do so, there is but no option to do so through this message board. Many thanks

Thought I would give this place a try. No parking, had to pay $21 for the night so add that to the cost of the room. Bed mattress extremely firm. Had to climb up a latter to get to my upper bunk. Only 1 bathroom for entire floor, as the other one out of order. People were not quiet overall. Sliding "accordion door" wasn't very great. Pillow and blanket were best part of the deal.

Belle endroit, les cabines sont confortable mais on entends tout ce qui se passe autour. J’étais curieuse de vivre cette expérience en dortoir. Mon sommeil a donc été léger. Je n’ai pas réussi à ouvrir le casier donc j’ai laissé mes valises dans la pod par chance je ne me suis rien fait voler. Belle Douche

Staffs were not friendly and other tanents seems drunk

Établissement et photos très trompeurs. Les capsules ne sont pas comme indiquées. Il n'y a aucune porte pour sécurisé le lit. C'est un rideau en papier. Seulement 1 petit locker par lit sans cadenas. Aucunement sécurisé. Et il n'y a que 2 toilettes pour environ 50 lits. Insane ! Et très malpropre. Les 2 salles de bain était horrible et il était que 16h. Rien n'avait été nettoyé. On a quitté comme ça ne correspondait pas du tout. On a pourtant adoré les capsules au Danemark mais RIEN à voir !

This was my first time staying in a hostel type hotel. I went into this thinking that the pod that I slept in would have a lock on it, but it was just a paper shade basically that you pulled down. There was an opening where anyone could come peek in at me and that scared me. The bed was so squeaky I couldn't breathe without it making a noise. I could hear everyone else's beds squeaking and could hear people snoring and coughing. I am unsure if I got any sleep at all. There were lockers there but no locks on them and I was never told to bring a lock... so I had to keep my belongings in my car. The shared bathroom area was nice but the floor was soaking wet at all times from people showering (there was no curtain and it was an open shower). The lady that checked me in was very nice, she offered to keep my things in their office while I went out, but I just put them in my trunk in my car instead. At the end of the day it was 1/5th the price of what a hotel room would have costed. If I decide to give capsules/pods a try again, I will read the other reviews first.
