Great location, great views cabin was nice and clean. We were there in February. You definitely need a car to get to the village. It’s a 3 minutes drive and about 25 minutes walk.

Hébergement bien situé, proche du village et du quai. Chalet très élégant.

The chalet is very nice and it is kept very clean. It would be great for a small family or two couples. The hot tub temp control isn't allowed to be touched and the pad is worn out. If 101F is your temp you are in luck. The customer service at check in is very good. Be aware though that while the location is excellent if you want to be close to the main Tremblant ski village and a few nice little restaurants (3km) it is beside a street with a fair number of cars and light trucks during the day. The listing makes it seem more rustic, but it is in a treed developed community and street lights flooded unit 102. This is not in a quiet woodland or mountain setting as some chalets are. Otherwise, the listing is accurate. We felt the requirements for taking out the garbage, loading and running the dishwasher etc. that you find on notes posted in the chalet seemed a bit excessive for a unit in this price range. We would return.

We stayed during the recent 2022 winter storm. When the Chalet’s electricity went out completely, leaving us with no heat, they were of no help to help us or get us reaccomodated in a hotel with electricity. I can understand the stress of this situation, but the treatment we received from Jane was atrocious. I’m sure she was stressed, but good customer service would have been for her to have helped us, not mistreated us. A good and well-run establishment should have in place an emergency procedure (an arrangement with another hotel in the area, transportation to get the guests there and excellent communication in what would happen and when). I understand this was unforeseen, but a in-place procedure would have made Jane’s and our life a lot easier. That is the sign of a good hotel….how they handle problems. BTW, everything was fine before we lost electricity, so if you are lucky enough not to run into a problem, you should be fine.
